Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe rooms are dark (small high window) and the alleyways it backs onto reverberate with sound late into the evening. Bed is comfortable, lighting and power sockets basic, shower perfectly fine.
Good location, not far from the old medina with its many sites. Once off the main street, finding your way there is an adventure in itself, but you get there. Very simple functional riad style.

NetherlandsUnfortunately the shower didn't work properly. It didn't have enough pressure so it was like a water tab and there was no hot water. Assuming it might be just our room, we went to a small bathroom on the ground floor but that shower was not much better (just a but more pressure but no hot water or mount to wall). Since we consider a basic shower a necessity it made the stay a little less comfortable. We mentioned it to the reception, but aside from saying they were surprised and didnt have complaints before, not much was done.
De price is one of the lowest in the region, the pickup from the airport was good, the room had an airco and was fairly clean. We did however find someone else flipflops in the room.

United KingdomThe room was tiny and dark. The only window faced an wall internal wall. The only light was a cheap bulb, with no shade. The bed was uncomfortable with one pillow, and no towels were provided. There was a lot of noise, as you could clearly hear all the other guests in the building. There was one tiny shared toilet, which had a broken lock. Worst of all, there were cockroaches in the room. I asked for a refund, and was refused. Felt more like a prison than a hotel.

United KingdomI will have to be honest, I came here with my friends and were supposed to stay for about a week I think, nonetheless, after one night we decided to stay somewhere else. Fist of all, the room was quite small, then there was not AC or fans which was inconvenient for us because Morocco is really hot. Then there was only one plug outlet in the whole room, keep in mind that we not only had our phones but also AirPods, iPads and laptops. So as soon as we got to the room that represented a problem for us. Then the shower wasn’t great, you had to hold it over your head the whole time. Finally, I as i said at the beginning, I was there with friends, and we clearly wanted to talk and talk but they told us to keep our voices down because everyone else could hear us (which was true). I understand that and i know it’s important to respect others so I’m just saying this in case you are like me and are travelling with friends, then this might not be the best option if your are loud.
the hotel itself is really pretty, I’d say really traditional. The staff was really kind, nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel. It's right in the centre of Old Medina. Within 3 minutes walking you're already there. The room is very simple but very clean. The bed is good, the pillows are comfortable. I had share toilets and shower but they were really beyond my expectation. They were so clean!!!!! The staff also very nice. Ghazin and Hafiz were so friendly and very helpful. Netherlandsthe room is very very small, (1m x 2m)I guess, bathrooms are very dirty and not clean, only one very small window that we couldn’t leave open because it’s in the walk-in hall. + we were unlucky to have a 4 loud persons in the next room so we couldn’t sleep at night (it was midnight and they were very loud).
it was well located, right in the center.

PolandIt's a strict city center, therefore be prepared for parking place hunting.
Climatic place in medina - heart of the city. Very close to the main square. Very close to everywhere. Entrance to the room is from the patio. Reception man is there all the time, therefore you may feel safe. Additionally they close main gate during the night. Terrace on the roof. Helpful and open-minded staff. The lady responsible for cleaning does good job.
