Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe came across a few cockroaches in the room. We put our water and some food in the fridge and there were ants. We discovered the fridge wasn’t working so they changed the fridge but we got ants again so didn’t use the fridge anymore.
The buffet food was fantastic. Great location, great facilities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants. Many polices around to protect the safety for tourist, easy to access anywhere in the city. About 30 minutes walk to the souk, 5 minutes to beach, 15mins to the Marina. Breakfast is basic but still pretty good, lots of activities for tourist at night time such as Moroccan show, pool is nice as well.

IrelandFood at buffett was a bit repetitive, not much options for breakfast. They also had a sports bar that didn't open until 11pm, kind of defeats the purpose of having one as all live sports are finished by then. Had to go outside to watch football etc...
Everything was good, nice rooms, froendly satff.

United KingdomCheck in was slow despite already checking in online before arrival. On the evening we arrived we were given a room that smelt like raw sewage. The service wasn’t great when I asked to move rooms. There was no other family rooms available (apparently) so we spent the night in the awful smelling room with our young children before being moved the next afternoon. Their was no compensation or recognition for the inconvenience and stress caused. No water provided in room on arrival (would of been nice and appreciated). Having previously stayed in Marrakech 7-8 years ago we were not surprised to find (again) the 4 star hotel was more of a 3 star hotel, that being said it’s good value for money and served as a good base for our week in October half term!
We stayed here for 7 nights. The breakfast was basic but had enough options for the week. The staff worked hard to keep it well stocked and tidy. Glad we didn’t stay all inclusive though as so many great restaurants close to the hotel. Pool area was great (shame the pool isn’t heated as that would make it so much better). Entertainment staff are very friendly (kids disco great, especially for this size hotel). Deluxe room large in size so plenty of space for family of 4. Highly recommend a trip to the Crocoparc, Souk el had and wandering the promenade at night to explore.

United KingdomThe walk to room was like a maze, cleaning was standard, they used the same cloth to wipe the floor of room to bathroom. Rooms felt small and we had a view of nothing, a public footpath where you hear stray dogs barking to mopeds being driven
Rooms were modern and somewhat clean

SwedenHotel is in some places very outdated
Very ok breakfast and evening buffet. The renovation that is said we done needs to be re-done. And perhaps with less kitschy colors.

United KingdomOnly a few minor issues. Needed a few extra deckchairs around the pool area at busy times. There were a few days where we simply couldn't find a spot to sit near the pool so we had to leave and go to the beach instead. A gym would be useful, even if it's just a basic one with a few pieces of equipment. It's nice to keep in shape even on holiday.
We were really happy with our stay at Allegro Agadir. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always available to help us 24 hours a day with a smile. The restaurant was excellent and the pool was lovely. We found the location to be perfect, right on the beach and close to everything. We hope to be back again soon.

MoroccoWe like everything that’s why we come back. I did notice a mildew smell in our room 1244. Also, the food was good but not great as we have found it in the past. Also in high season it might be worth extending the meal times by 1/2 hr to cut down on the crowded dining room.
The facilities, entertainment and staff were great. This is a place we have come back to over and over.

ItalyThe breakfast was terrible. The eggs made at the moment however was the best thing. The coffee was the worst I had ever tasted. Better to get the coffee at the bar, made fresh but you pay for it if you do not have the all inclusive deal.
The pool, location and the staff. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel quiet.
