Coffee in the restaurant was bad.

I spent 10 nights at Allegro, and I absolutely loved it. The location is good, just a short stroll to the beach and local shops and restaurants. I had a room on the ground floor with a small garden. The room was nice and in a quiet area as per my preference. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well for me. The food was good, and there were a lot of choices. The pool area was very nice and had a bar with drinks and snacks. Loads of fun activities with the animation team during the day and parties at night. All the staff was brilliant. A special thank you to the animation team. They are all amazing and so talented. The animation team is the best part of this hotel. They work very hard and always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel and will book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Allegro Agadir Hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with clean and comfortable rooms. The amenities were excellent, including a refreshing pool,and a variety of dining options that offered delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my room and the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area.

Dekoration, design, furnitures in the lobby are quite old and worn-out. The quality of the coffee in the lobby bar and at the breakfast is bad. The whole hotel need some freshing-ups.

I was very pleased about the hotel room, one of the pools was with warm water which was very nice. The cuisine was amazing and there was lots of variety every day , I was very happy to have chosen to eat different kinds of fish and cooked legumes and other tasty food . Every day the animation team had something interesting for guests of the hotel. The beach was a 4 minute walk from the hotel and on the beach was a shezlong area from the hotel for free. The cleaning room was very good It was every day and every day they changed the towels in the room , thank you for the cleaning staff . Thank you to all the staff who made our life pleasant and relaxing during the vacation period. I left very very pleased about the hotel and location. was on the top of my waiting though 🥰🤗. The Christmas Eve dinner was fabulous the food was delicious and amazingly arranged . I will surely recommend this hotel. 🤗🥰

- Rooms were unclean: limescale all over bathroom and stains on bedding, needs a good deep clean rather than a surface clean which it seems it has been getting - Far too loud: entertainment on pretty much all day and night that is so loud and can be heard all over the hotel, balcony doors were incredibly thin so the noise was not muffled at all. The entertainment staff started the music and shouting over the mic from first thing in the morning to fairly late at night. Music blaring all day too along with the mic commentating, not ideal for a relaxing break especially due to the volume. Only got peace when the entertainment staff went to lunch - Entertainment staff can pester: they do their best to entertainment but can be a bit annoying when trying to just relax - Poor check in experience: no information given at all just a key handed over - Limited food options: pretty much same food across lunch and dinner and not much variety, quite a small food hall - Notably a 4* in Morrocco is not the same standard as a 4* UK: would say this is more a 3* - Difficult to get ahold of reception: out with the day time, not clear how to contact them either (again limited info on check in and in the room) - Towel situation wasn’t ideal: housekeeping take your towels to replenish and don’t replace there and then they’re meant to replace later but on every occasion we had to phone to get our towels back so meant being without towels for a while - They strictly impose the pool towels they hire out: you can’t take the towel from your room and have to spend money on another towel from reception - The bed was uncomfortable: hard mattress and very thin pillows - No convenience store on the resort: you have to leave the property if you need to purchase snacks for room, essentials etc, just a gift shop on the resort which is very small - Beach is quite far: hotel have a section of a public beach which isn’t monitored heavily and no refreshments available here

The hotel needs some maintenance, it's too big and feels very messy. We had breakfast included and there were so many people, by the time you get to your table, the food is cold... Not our style of place... Too many people everywhere (swimming pool, during meals, etc ..) I would have chosen a Riad or a Boutique Hotel, but Agadir doesn't have much to offer. We arrived around 14.30 with some friends and there was nowhere serving food at the hotel at that time,.. lunch had finished and dinner was hours later... We were told there was nowhere to have a snack with our friends!

I did not like a single thing about this hotel

The property was awful! And it was not beachfront as it said in the website! I paid all inclusive but they want to change me for everything even the water which is ridiculous. It was really bad experience

Old fashioned, run down, staff only interested if you tip them. Food terrible. Everything is on rations. Have to ask for drinks at mealtime, one toilet roll for a family. Noisy. Room damp

Reception manager not so nice. Outside look of the hotel doesn't appear to be a 4*. Desserts not suited to a 4*. Common areas accessing rooms are not of a 4*, looks more like a 2-3*. We saw a cockroach. Toiletries are low quality for a 4*. Food could've been a bit better, slightly overwhelming.

Location is well suited. Nice access to the private beach as well. Cleaning staff nice as well as catering staff. The hotel appears to be taking booking feedback into account. Waters are now accessible, we only saw one cockroach (already dead) outside our room. Occasional thematic foods were a nice plus.

Air con barely worked in our room we told reception many times but they never sorted this out, cleaning staff walked in room without knocking which was annoying especially when we was napping in the afternoon, food was repetitive and all inclusive only runs from 7am to 11pm so you have to pay your way after 11pm
