the equipment of the place, furniture, etc.. everything is very old, the mattress was dented from many years someone sleeping on them, they would need to remove them and buy new, the same with pillows and bed sheets, it was obvious that the hotel's fame is long gone...

The pool area is very pleasant, the pool is for sure the best part of this place, also the location is super convenient; very affordable place, breakfast was less than 5 eur (coffee, juice, freshly baked baguette, croissant) butter and jams. The beach is about 3 min walk away.

1. Very bad WiFi signal. I am unable to get the signal in the room . 2. There are no doors for washroom. 3. Room is shabby and looks old . 4. There are ants all over the bed. 5. There are flies , mosquitoes all over the room. 6.furniture is in worst shape We booked this hotel instead of apartments to get some information about the best places to visit in Agadir. But we wasted a lot of time wandering and interacting with people to get the information

The property was located in pretty good surroundings. You can have the beach view from the front of the hotel.

And yes, in the begining we were like yes it’s not the best option but at least a location is good, we will manage. NOOOOO, trust me. I dont recommend at all! Its an old appartment without any heating system. The room we first got was extremely dirty, smelling dust and mold without any towel or soap. We complained about these thing, asked another room. They showed us 4 different one, but every one of them was dirty, or no towels, soap or electricity. Afterall we managed to find a cleaner room, without any extra blanket or towel&soap. We checked in late evening, so we waited for the next morning. After the daily cleaning we were still missing all mentioned items. We compained and requested the items again, we ended up with a big argument with the front desk staff. They are really disrespectfull, not kind and helpful guys. It was only a women who were ready to help for us, but she works only early morning. I am deeply dissapointed in this hotel. Yes It’s an old building, but for the price we paid during our stay was way too high. Yes, its a good location but nothing else.

Steps lots of steps there was a total of 100 steps from reception to my room which considering I have arthritis in the knee was not good ,I only stayed 2 nights and went up the coast to essaura which is so much nicer

The room has a musty damp smell, bath/ shower was dirty and I could not use it for the entirety of my stay. My room was not cleaned or serviced on the Thursday, Friday or Sunday (half of my stay). I asked for a takeaway breakfast on Monday at 7.20am as I was going on a trip and I am diabetic. The hotel only responded to my message after 11am on the Monday which was no use (I asked them at 1pm on sunday)

Absolute budget for 2 nights to sleep, so no complaints...

Total budget hotel only stayed 2 nights. Didn't really spend any time in room only to sleep. Was dated in need of some work and love. Reception area was lovely marble floors looked great. Pooled looked fine Didn't use it..

facilities in the room were non existent?? there was no soap, towels or shampoo, had to request form the from desk, they never sent in the end I just went across the street and purchased, towels were not changed unless I specifically went to the desk and ask them to do so, even then I had to request multiple times

Staff were lovely except reception staff everything was a problem if you asked for anything, paid extra for fast Internet in the room but only work 50% of the time. Pool bar looks shabby but the food was good.

We booked a studio - so that is the only room we saw. It was OK. Dated and not the cleanest. The biggest problem was the beds, which were bowed in the middle and very uncomfortble. We didn't sleep well during out stay. There is also noise from the pubs/clubs on the main strip, but that would be the same for any hotels/apartments that are close to the main strip. We had earplugs. The fridge door wouldn't close. There were no cooking facilities. The bathroom was OK. There was a shower hose over the bath which was damaged and sprayed water all over the place. At the start of the week the water was luke warm. Towards the end of the holiday it became warm/hot so maybe they fixed something. We didn't get any towels until the end of the 2nd day and that was after asking 3 times & the towels were not changed throughout our stay. The maid did come in daily and make the beds etc.

The location of the apartments is great, Close to the beach, shops and restuarants. The layout of the apartments is really nice allowing for private areas, and there are some really nice plants/trees amongst the gardens. The communal areas are nice, with plenty of sun loungers round the pools and there are a few places to sit/stand and watch the sun go down. From our experience the staff were really nice and tried their hardest to resolve issues.

The room was very dark with poor lighting. It was also very cold when I arrived as the heater was broken. The kitchen was a sink and some broken pans. There was one glass in the bathroom, none in the kitchen. There was a functioning fridge. The room was located opposite the storage shed for the workers so every morning there was a lot of talking right outside. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were lumpy. The shower had zero pressure and barely dribbled from the shower head. Wifi was extremely hit and miss, one day for no reason it was gone, then back the next. It was a cheap room but if you are allocated 5103 please find a reason to get moved.

The location is by far the best aspect of this stay. Just steps to the beach without the expensive price. There was a currency exchange across the street and a liquor store with a good selection of wines and spirits at decent prices, A local vendor sold fresh squeezed orange juice and bottles of water at a good price. Lots of taxis available right outside, local spa.

Staff in reception very unhelpful, lied all the time. Property not suitable for older person as over 100 steep steps quite dangerous. One person broke hip slipped in bathroom. Friend had to pay 600 dir before they would take her, don’t know what end result was but I know was still not operated on for two days and don’t know end result. Staples again not that helpful. Place is purely apartment, I heard nothing but complaints. If you are a very fit person it would be ok I made the mistake of thinking it was more like hotel as no services, room clean but fridge broken had to leave door open otherwise milk frozen so could not use it, only small hot plate very rusty, hardly any hot water shower very poor . I could go on very disappointed and in need of good shower I feel dirty .
