Bad area, lots of druggies and beggers. Not very clean, didn't feel safe while crossing the road, nearly got hit. 4 star but no coffee or tea facility. Refused to allow my family member to visit me for couple of hours! Bed side draws full of rubbish from previous guests and house keeping didn't clean it. Noisy as they play music until early hours of the morning.

The bar can be noisy at night, especially for room without air conditioning. Shower support was broken, easy to fix and should not be accepted.

Hotel is downtown but very close to the beach, which is very nice to walk. Close to some decent and affordable restaurant. Room are decent, bed very comfortable.

Quite noisy at night - dogs barking and disco and I was on the third floor. Van covered in bird droppings the next morning !

Private parking in the hotel grounds. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast - continental/Moroccan buffet.

Dinner was a bit of a letdown - we travelled a long way and had just one choice of chicken brochettes and fries.....if we had the time to explore we would not have eaten here - which is a shame really. Also, the price was very expensive for what was essentially street food we could have got for a few dirhams elsewhere had we known.

The location is really good - just a short walk to the beachfront and the Portuguese Old Town. We only stayed one night so never had a lot of time to explore. The parking was on-site and secure.

This lovely hotel is begging to be run properly. Safe didn't work and was replaced rather than change batteries - I don't think they knew how it worked, I asked for instructions and there weren't any. This took nearly a day. Keycard didn't stay programmed for long - had to get it reprogrammed virtually every return to room. Breakfast limited perhaps understandably due to price but was poorly stocked and the coffee cold.

Splendid room in impressive building set in small garden behind the tatty main street. Great value for what you get. There is a lift and the hotel does take credit cards unlike what is stated on their listing. Staff really charming though there were operational problems see below.
