As with all these apartment hotels, they are of an exceptional standard, excellent value for money but a little removed from the centre. Which is also good because they are often in quiet areas.

Wasn't worth the money pool was closed for 3 days and my daughter could not play and was bored and food was terrible i got salami instead of meat in my carbonara

The mattresses of the beds are a bit hard and the pillows a bit small.

The staff was awesome. Also the rooms are good and the swimming pool is also well arranged.

Staff in the restaurant were rude and said they had a big party coming in after us which they didn't. Just to get rid of us. Starving after a long journey. Bathroom door didn't close properly, the windows let every noise through and the traffic was so busy during the night, horns constantly and general traffic noise was very very loud. Hardly slept. Pool music loud and no control over the large group of football team that stayed around the pool play fighting and my daughter was scared and jumped out of the pool. Kitchen was very basic. Sink wouldn't empty for ages. Toilet didn't flush properly.

The big room. But sadly the children's bedroom had the balcony off it which wasn't ideal.

I did not enjoy the ‘restaurant’ at the hotel if you would even call it one. One day in our stay we decided to get food at the hotel firstly we were given a table and a waiter took our order 15 minutes later a man comes over and refuses to cook our meal because a big booking was coming in to them in 2 hours. Makes absolutely no sense especially since we were the only people in the restaurant. We had to go to reception explain for another 10 minutes because their English was selective. One day they understand us perfectly the next it’s as if they’ve never spoken a word of English very frustrating. Eventually they agreed to make our meal but it came out and it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a carbonara and what came out was pasta with butter and huge chunks of different cheese and this weird meat. I didn’t eat it one bit. Another issue was when there was a boys soccer team staying at the same time of our stay. This was the main problem which the hotel didn’t help us with. I stayed with my best friend so it was just two young women in our room. Every night they were banging on our door, on the walls, hanging out over the balcony screaming at us. I can’t understand why they would put them right next to our rooms when the hotel was very quiet and not booked out at all. 3 nights in a row I had to ring reception repeatedly to get them to stop the boys scaring us and disturbing us during the night. It was ridiculous and it made us feel so unsafe. During the day when we wanted to leave our rooms we were scared incase we would see them and they would start screaming and calling us names again. If they were out in the pool we would have to leave because they would be harassing us. On our last full night I tried to speak with one of the men at reception about how we aren’t happy with this situation and wanted something to be done. As I said before about the selective understanding of English. Even though I spoke to him before perfectly. Overall no help for two girls.

I enjoyed the comfort of the beds. The pool was enjoyable only when there was no one else there otherwise it was uncomfortable been stared at. Enjoyed the snacks at reception.

There was a leak in the toilet that took three times to repair. Once is ok, but three times is unacceptable for a top rating. Also the stovetop had all the numbers worn off so it was a bit annoying trying to use for cooking.

The staff especially the cleaning staff, Karima and Houria who were extreemly efficient, polite and genuinely concerned with us having a wonderful experience.

it was close proximity to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. They reached the basic needs, off-licences, pharmacies, ATM, restaurants, room size and easy access to taxi.
