Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Location is normal. Not like in a cool/nice neighborhood per se...That would be my only "negative" to the hotel, but it is not a bad neighborhood....it is a main street with lots of options were to eat, but not like in the modern part of Casablanca. I was only one day in Casablanca..not sure what other area could be better. Maybe if you are in Moroc for the "Morrocan" experience, this hotel is "too modern" compared to a Riad...but great service and should serve most people. Would stay here again any day.
Nice, Clean, Modern Hotel...Great Staff...gave us access at noon. Great Shower, Great Beds

We requested the hotel to arrange car service to the airport, which they did very kindly. However, the driver had some kind of meltdown. He has us waiting in the car for several minutes while talking outside. Then got in vehicle and began shouting out the window. We asked him to proceed to the airport and he said 'soon'. We were now nearly 15 min late. We got out of the car, got our bags, and got a regular taxi. The hotel did call us in the taxi and refunded the difference in payment. It was a little nerve wracking.
Why did I like this property? Ease of booking, checkin, very nice/spacious room with beautiful view of the mosque (10th floor), comfortable bed, contemporary design, plugins for devices, onsite restaurant - with excellent choices, convenient location. AND- value for money!

Staff at restaurant could be more cooperative and friendlier.
The breakfast was good, had lots of variety. The service was regular, we stayed twice before christmas and after new year. Before was a nightmare, staff at restaurant were overwhelmed and not so cooperative. The second time we stayed service improved a bit.

The taxi will overcharge you to get to the train station, claiming that it is a tariff.
Absolute luxury! The reception was extremely kind and we enjoyed every moment.

they are no soundproof… it really all the noise come from the street to our room .

The WiFi did not work for more than 12 hours one evening. No alternative option was offered. Reception kept telling me they are dealing with it to try again in 10 mins, but no improvement till the next day. Not what you expect for a 5* hotel. Turns out if I would have complained a bit more they would have sent IT to my room and get it fixed. This solution was only offered to customers who kept complaining (such as my colleagues). Seems that waiting patiently got me nowhere.
Breakfast was great, the staff was super friendly and also spoke English. The fact that the gym was 24 hours was a bonus. Most hotels have a limited time on gym access.

The restaurant a-la-carte food was not that great and the busy streed outside made some noise that we could still hear from the 7th floor.
