I signed up 2 adults and 2 children but they said I signed in only 2 adults, hence I had to pay more.. However I realised it was my error,i. I did not put in the childrens ages …. The manager Rashid sorted it out and did not charge me extra… Good man …..

Room was not at all 4 star specially the bathroom with 10% amenity. Lights were not working, toilet leaking. Baby cot wasnt ready. Only 1 towel in the room was placed. After informing the relevant concerns the staff didnt fix it we need to keep asking the same.

The rooms need a lot of maintenance, for example, room 2004. When you use the air conditioner, a lot of water will fall in the room. Also, the room 2010. The bathroom is very bad and the water spray is very damaged. The only positive thing is the person in the reception was very helpful and nice and provided us with a good service.

Excellent service in every way, staff so kind and helpful. New towels everyday, placed like swans, seashells and as a heart. Location was perfect, swimming pool area really comfy and loved the music. Rooftop was a joy, thanks Mustafa and hugs to all staff ❤️

It can be quite noisy at night, you hear people walk and talk in the corridor and other rooms and you also hear the music from the rooftop bar

Breakfast is boring, food and drink are not good. The bathroom in the room wasn’t clean properly. On this days food is essential And here is very low quality and overpriced A bucket of ice 3 euro?

The cleanliness, the towels were very humid , there was still poo in the toilet. The breakfast wasn’t that varying…. No private parking. The suit smells humidity

The hotel and everything about it was horrible. It’s embarrassing that they call themselves a 4 star hotel. The toilet was half on and half off the floor, when you sit it was sliding about and water was leaking out from the floor. The toilet and bath were separate to eachother. They make it seem like the suite rooms have a separate bedroom and living room but it’s all basically just one room. The rooms are small and dark. The shower was scary looking. The hallways are scary to go into at night because they are pitch black and not lit up at all. We were so far away to get to the strip part of the beach by walking and it was very disappointing.

10 mins walk to the beach however we were still far from the main strip and it was at least a 45 minute walk to get to the strip and mcds
