We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There is no information about kids having to pay extra at the hotel when all the payments had been completed via the online booking.com website. Ended up paying 500 dirham is a con. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Service was terrible.

Spainbreakfast limited, no hot milk, no decaf coffee. We did not even try dinner. I presume Ramadan influenced the extremely limited choice available. A some point food fail to the floor, in the buffet. Nobody took responsibility for cleaning. All our shoes were sticky. A bit of a mess. 3 staff passed around and none care about it.

MoroccoStaff at the restaurant at the roof, however, were very unprofessional. I went to break my fast there. They embarrased me in front of everyone & asked me to wait to double-check if indeed I was staying at the hotel. Quality of the food was poor. When I was getting ready to leave, they stopped me in front of other clients once again & asked me to pay them. They refused to add my Iftar to the hotel bill. I needed to have my Suhur, so I called the restaurant & asked them to bring my Suhur to my room. The same unkind & unprofessional lady who embarrased me at Iftar said they can not provide it as room service. I had to call reception who intervene & made them do that.
Receptionists and cleaners are very kind & professional. Location is ideal qt the heart of Rabat.

United KingdomThe hotel is very dated and flies in the room which was quite off putting. Stains allotter the carpets and could do with being painted, it's a shame as when I stayed in the past it was wonderful. If we are not upgraded we wouldn't have stayed.
The man at main desk, I can't remember his name ( may have started with A) but he was very nice and helpful with everything. He was very patient and informative and upgraded our room at no extra cost. The location was great and the room size great.
