The staff was absolutely incredible. They were all SO kind and the dinner we had the in riad was the best traditional Moroccan meal we’d had after staying 4 days elsewhere in Morocco.

The massage I don't recommend there. She was kind but no technique. The Hammam also maybe find somewhere bigger for the real experience. The space was very small.

Cozy room with nice location. Staff is really helpful and nice. My wife lost her bracelet at room after check-out. Staff contacted me via whatsapp at the same day and we got back it finally. I really appreciated it.

Everything was lovely. We would stay again.

It was serene and quiet after being in the bust souks. We were moved next door to their other property which was more spacious and we had a lovely meal there snd the daily breakfasts were do tasty snd fresh. The bathrooms, showers and rooms were so pretty. Thanks for the welcome in both riads.

I had to leave!

Quaint, spotlessly clean, fabulously comfortable beds with luxurious bedding and amazing host and staff. My group opted for the hammam and massage too which was delivered professionally and beautifully. Our host Jamal tended to every need we may have with courtesy and professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this riad.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, the riad was very clean, and Jamal and all of the other staff members were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Jamal really made us feel at ease and provided us with a map of the area. The riad was a beautiful oasis, a place of calm away from the outside chaos, and the terrace was a sun trap. We also opted for the airport transfers which really helped make our stay a stress free one. The breakfast was tasty and we would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely riad with exceptional staff who are so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Jamal in particular as he picked us up from taxi drop off as no cars can drive into the alleys leading to the riad. Checking in he welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea and cookies. Each time we saw him, he always has a big smile and happily engages in conversation with you to ensure you are OK, checking if we need anything etc. Complimentary breakfast with the stay was Moroccan style and very good. I love that each day is not the same items so provides variety. The riad is gorgeous and the beds were comfy. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend this riad to others!

Our entire stay was great. We had a bit of struggle looking for the Riad itself but we managed to locate it eventually. It would be helpful for the future guests if the management could put more signs telling where the Riad is so that its easy for the guests to locate it. Staff were nice and helpful too.

We had a great stay at Dar Elma. We were greeted w a smile and fresh tea from Jamel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect, in a quite ally away from all the noise of the city, but close to all the action. We also made use of the hot tub on the rooftop and gazed at the stars. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this riad!

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved everything about the riad. Our room was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. I slept extremely well. The location of the riad is close to souks and a short 15 minute walk to the Koutoubia Mosque. The personnel were amazingly thoughtful and kind. We did a cooking class, tried the hammam and massage. This was the full Marrakech experience!

there was no central heating in the riad, including the massage area and after having our hair wet after the hammam appointment, it was a bit cold for our massage.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help, the riad looked really nice.

Not the hosts or properties fault but everything in the Riad could be heard, for example when neighbours would use the bathroom and talk.

Everything was very nice and the host was great, even went through the effort of making us an early breakfast before our excursion.
