Breakfast good, very hospitable owner. It is a small old building, very basic accomodations but in the middle of a great area. Sleep, have breakfast, go out and explore the area. If you expect more find a 5 star all inclusive resorts.

Just 1 night, upon arriving in Tangiers. The host was marvelous and incredibly helpful, also in arranging transportation to our next destination. The room was small yet very nicely decorated , comfortable bed, nice linens. Only the bathroom needs some improvement.

Small .Bathroom floor was wet , shower was difficult to control and very weak flow , toilet seat was loose , nowhere to store or hang clothes .

This Riad is perfect: location,  facilities,  food and staff! I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2025 and i couldn't recommend it highly enough.  Younis was the main contact who was excellent; he was helpful about where to go and bus times etc, and served a great breakfast every morning. My room was clean and comfortable with everything i needed, with lots of hot water which was great. Its located in the heart of the medina so everything is in easy walking distance.  And to top it all it has a great rooftop terrace with chairs and tables, sun and shade, and power sockets! Loved it here,  a real home from home.

Rooms were a bit small, but that's to be expected in a Dar

This is a traditional Moroccan Dar, so don't expect it to be anything else. It was quite ok for our short stay. The rooms were clean, it wasn't cold (we went at the end of January), very good breakfast (porridge, omelette, coffee, pastries) and it also has a very nice rooftop overlooking Tangier. The location is wonderful, right in the Medina.

Everything! Younis was the perfect host. I have mobility issues and he kindly rearranged a room for us. He is professional, kind, polite and very helpful. He organised a private trip to Chefchouen and Tétouan and was knowledgeable about all things Moroccan. The breakfasts were lovely and freshly made and our room was cleaned daily. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room had a TV, A/C and hot water for the shower. The riad is easy to find behind the Hotel Continental and is a short walk to the souks, mosque, Kasbah and Marina. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

First night I didn’t have heat and the next day i was offered a new room with lots of heat and tv. Also most of the staff didn’t speak English so we used Google translate to communicate.

The location is terrific in the heart Medina close to Hotel Continental The rooms are clean, breakfast was very good and the manager Eunice was fabulous - extremely helpful and friendly. He made the stay there special!

A really gorgeous house perfectly located down a quiet alley near the edge of the medina. Just a two minute walk from the medina gate closest to the port. The room was lovely and really clean. The hosts were really nice and accommodating, when I had to check out early to catch a ferry in the morning they prepared an early breakfast for me to have before I left.

Not that it should push you away, but taxis will only take you to a certain point and from there you will need to walk up slopes in the old city to find the accommodation, however it is well worth the walk!

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Younes, the host was absolutely stellar, and able to help with any request for advice on his brilliant city. The breakfast was insanely delicious. The location was also fantastic, walking distance to the sea and situated within the old city. I couldn’t recommend Dar Bargach more!

Not super convenient bathroom, could be cleaner. Too much noise when trying to sleep during the night from other guests.

Really kind staff, lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a truly delicious and generous breakfast. Convinent for a couple nights or so. Comfy bed, great location in the medina.

The place is situated close to restaurants, the promenade, and shops. You don’t need to walk uphill much, which is very important in Tangier. The location is excellent, one of the best. The host is very kind, and the staff are also very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious , served directly to your table. I highly recommend this place.

Leaving the room key for the cleaning of the room daily. It was on the table ready for collection upon return at the end of the day, along with everybody else’s key. You are therefore relying on all guests to be trustworthy. The cleaner should have an extra set of keys to avoid this situation.

Beautiful old building inside the medina. Great views from the roof terrace. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was very filling and the coffee was good.
