The location is central near the port and perfect for sunset Lovers. You can see it also from the terrace on the rooftop. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and tasty. The staff kind and friendly.

When check in i been asked some personnel question like where i came from before getting on the proprety ,,then what was my profession 🤔..in the united states 🇺🇸 those think are considerate as privacy nobody should ask you about that .

The location was excellent inside downtown , The team were very friendly ,ones i asked the lady on the frontdesk about charging my fone she give me her owen charger , i really appreciate that 🙏

Everything was great

Morat has been absolutely great with us helping in everything, I felt very welcome. Amazing breakfast and a lovely roof terrace. The location is superb, close to all the amenities I will be back 100% Thank you Morat!

No response to ahead of arrival messages from them. Described as having heating but none was evident and the place was like stepping into a fridge. Although said to be 24 hr access, when we took an early Morning stroll was unable to get their attention in order to get back in til 8am despite knocking loudly. The bathroom/toilet had no window or working extract so doing a number two meant the odour hung around (sorry! co. habitant). The toilet seat was detached and lent against the wall. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, watered down fresh orange juice and poor filter coffee. It should be noted that for a few euros more elsewhere we got a lot more in terms of overall qualitative experience so please consider it’s all relative.

Great location. The reports of being noisy didn’t really detract from the place for me although light sleepers should take heed.

Beautiful riad in great location, just off the main square & close to the fish quay & beach. Lovely sunny terrace & fantastic staff. Fatiha was an excellent host & made us feel very welcome!

breakfast was dissapointing, mainly bread with jam or honey no table or chairs in room wi fi was hit and miss chipped and broken tiles in bathroom tv did not work, on day 3 they offered us a different room with working tv but the room was a lower grade and much smaller they displayed a bookings.com 9.1 certiificate from 2020. they would not get that score now.

friendly and helpful staff 10 mins walk to superb beach we ordered a room with balcony, but this was just an internal communal walkway many restaurants nearby with rooftop views of sea and sunset

The location is perfect, close to everything. The place is clean and super super nice. The whole staff is just amazing. I would totally recommend Dar Ness to whoever is visiting Essaouira. I'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything guys.

They don’t let you know when reception closes or opens and you can’t access on your own (no keys or nothing) If you get locked out you can’t come in until they reopen…

The staff were very noisy, talking loudly past 11, i think with visiting friends and there was loud music from a neighbouring property which made it hard to rest or sleep, all on a Monday evening

There was a very loud bar on a terrace nearby and it was impossible to sleep until 1 a.m. They said there was a festival that night. On that night they should host only people attending the festival or close completely. It was horrible.

Staff Mustapha and Mourad is very friendly and always ready to help even though my guests are picky, they don't like eating bread but want to have fried egg, Mustapha and Mourad arranged for my group without extra charge. I must say thank you to them sincerely.
