The experience is terrible, there is a musty smell when you enter, the bed feels unclean, your face is itchy when you sleep, and the worst thing is that the bathroom spray is moldy, the floor is dirty, the experience is really bad. The breakfast portion is very small. Only the view outside the room is better.

checked us into a very small room. tv didn’t work. old worn out towels only given 2 bath towels. Toiletries were a joke. Next day moved us to a better room . Found way better hotels on waterfront for lower price.

The disgusting grey sheets/towels. The mattress felt like it was pulled from a tip.

I might have had the worst room in the hotel. There is a bed and a chair and a hanger on the wall. Sheets/ towels were grey, no blanket. Breakfast was the simplest throughout my 14 days in Morroco. Check in staff was at best functioning. Whether it was a mistake or not he tried to charge me when the room had been paid on Booking.com. Not a hint of apology when I showed him the payment. He glumly said ok you can go. If you have to stay here at least get a room facing the courtyard.

The owner is absolutely horrible, was trying to rip me off for coffee, then complained that I asked room to change. The room I was given was horrible, dirty towels and really unpleasant facilities. The owner wanted to rip me of the journey to the next town.. horrible person

I like the receptionist, he is very helpful and the area outside for breakfast. However,smoking should be banned in there .

By design, the bathroom floor gets wet after taking a shower. This seems to be a common issue since we have experienced the same thing in other hotels in nearby citifies.

I particularly liked the attitude and helpfulness of their staff. They are wonderful people! The location is within walking distance from the stores and restaurants. We had a rental car and it was convenient an overnight parking garage was so close to the property.

The rooms are clean and basic, beds are comfortable and clean. The terrace in the accommodation is very chilled and relaxing. Wifi connection good throughout the accommodation is excellent. All staff are helpful and spoke English. Ahmed was very helpful, recommended a brilliant traditional local Hamam which was amazing. He organised us a taxi to take us to Chefchaouen and also confirmed for the taxi man to collect us the following day to return back to Tanger. The taxi driver was also exceptionally helpful by walking us all the way to our next hotel in Chefchaouen. I enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return.

The stay was horrible, we didn't have hot water in the shower and we told the manager and he said he would fix it, but it still didn't work the next day we complained again and he told us to give us another room but when he saw it it was dirty and very cool . And also the bed was very hard, it is impossible to sleep well and the breakfast is 👎 and what I hate the most are the workers and the manager as he spoke to us badly

To flee, it's a shame, the hotel is not maintained at all. The breakfast leaves something to be desired and we didn't even have hot water for two days to take showers. Despite the complaint. I would like to be reimbursed because 50 € per night for that is a shame, I do not even understand why there are still hotels like this on Booking.

A restaurant will add more value to it.

The overall environment of this place is very calm and soothing to the mind, making it a perfect stay. Mr Ahmad at the reception was very courteous and helpful and co-operated right from the check in process. There is a nice seating arrangement at the ground floor making it convenient for meetings.

room is dated, unclean, bed is very very uncomfortable. there wasn't any heater, it was freezing cold. i saw 9-10 point for this hotel, i recommend booking users to give points to hotels for the facility not for their holiday experience. this hotel doesn't deserve anything more than 4. this is the worse hotel we ever stayed.

The staff were miserable. The room was basuc . No glasses no bottles of water and after your 1st coffee at breakfast you had to pay Extra for another cup
