BrazilThe experience is terrible, there is a musty smell when you enter, the bed feels unclean, your face is itchy when you sleep, and the worst thing is that the bathroom spray is moldy, the floor is dirty, the experience is really bad. The breakfast portion is very small. Only the view outside the room is better.

I might have had the worst room in the hotel. There is a bed and a chair and a hanger on the wall. Sheets/ towels were grey, no blanket. Breakfast was the simplest throughout my 14 days in Morroco. Check in staff was at best functioning. Whether it was a mistake or not he tried to charge me when the room had been paid on Booking.com. Not a hint of apology when I showed him the payment. He glumly said ok you can go. If you have to stay here at least get a room facing the courtyard.

United StatesBy design, the bathroom floor gets wet after taking a shower. This seems to be a common issue since we have experienced the same thing in other hotels in nearby citifies.
I particularly liked the attitude and helpfulness of their staff. They are wonderful people! The location is within walking distance from the stores and restaurants. We had a rental car and it was convenient an overnight parking garage was so close to the property.

SpainThe rooms are clean and basic, beds are comfortable and clean. The terrace in the accommodation is very chilled and relaxing. Wifi connection good throughout the accommodation is excellent. All staff are helpful and spoke English. Ahmed was very helpful, recommended a brilliant traditional local Hamam which was amazing. He organised us a taxi to take us to Chefchaouen and also confirmed for the taxi man to collect us the following day to return back to Tanger. The taxi driver was also exceptionally helpful by walking us all the way to our next hotel in Chefchaouen. I enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return.

And also the bed was very hard, it is impossible to sleep well and the breakfast is 👎 and what I hate the most are the workers and the manager as he spoke to us badly

The overall environment of this place is very calm and soothing to the mind, making it a perfect stay. Mr Ahmad at the reception was very courteous and helpful and co-operated right from the check in process. There is a nice seating arrangement at the ground floor making it convenient for meetings.
