The two ladies hosts were superb. Room was just ok. Breakfast was fair. No help with car parking and cost 6 euros for 24h. Location is inside the old medina. Car park about 7mns walk.

Absolutely terrible experience, worst riad we’ve ever been to so far in Morocco. First off no one helped us carry our heavy baggage to the hotel which was a 15 minute walk from the nearest street, then we arrived and found the door to the riad closed, we knocked on the door about 5 times and they only opened the door about 10 minutes later where they found us standing tired and sweating from the unbearable heat of Morocco. The lady who opened the door didn’t even have the manners to apologize for the delay or really anything. Then they took us to the room which had a broken AC, as well as the absence of the most important amenities such as tissues, water, and toilet paper, we had to buy our own. Both the room and the stairs that lead to it were extremely narrow and tight-spaced, making it very difficult to move our large and heavy baggage throughout the process. And when we complained about the room, the lady told us “Deal with it, this is what you paid for”, absolutely rude! We slept through the night in the heat with no air conditioning and woke up drenched from sweat due to the heat caused by the lack of air flow entering the room, at least thank god we woke up alive. And to make matters worse, when it was time for us to check out, only 6 minutes have went past the checkout time, and the guy already started knocking our room door whilst we were packing our bags, He ordered us to leave in a rude manner where he was kicking us out. Worst experience ever, absolutely no hospitality. Thank god we stayed for only one night, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to tolerate any more of their BS, do not book here because you have to prepay for your room before arrival, and they have a no refund policy, absolute scammers, and rude people. And if I could, I’d give them a zero star review on every platform they’re in. Don’t make the mistake of wasting your time with them, find another riad or hotel to book in.

We booked specifically a (more expensive) room with AC because it is VERY hot in Morocco this time of the year. For the first the hotel is located in a dangerous part of town. We didn't feel safe walking outside after dark. People managing the reception are unprofessional and don't speak anything apart from Arabic. But the worst was that the AC was blowing only hot air. It was too late to call the hotel owner at night but in the morning when we confronted him he just laughed in my face saying that we just "didn't know how to turn the AC on". Of course he refused to demonstrate how to do it "properly". So if you want to risk your life getting there, then sleep in a pool of your own sweat at 40 Celsius and be gaslighted afterwards - this place is waiting for you

Maybe I didn’t check well. For a low budget traveler who doesn’t mind a shared toilet it’s good. That’s not my travel style. But they were very helpful and friendly. They are doing a great job. Facilities are below my normal standard.

Breakfast was ok. Quite chill in the roof. No fresh juice despite there are freshly squeezed juice everywhere in north Morocco.

I'm sorry to rate this property so low coz the people working there are really nice. But Internet is so slow like I'm in 90s. If you need to work while traveling do not expect you'll be able to do so in this property. And this smell from the toilet. Maybe that's not the owner's blame, but that's definitely not guests blame to feel like being in the loo during the whole stay.

The location is far from any entrance gate to the Medina so be prepared to walk. I felt that the linens and towels were threadbare and needed an update. Don't expect any extras like a drinking cup or Kleenex or washcloth. The wifi in our room was spotty and weak.

The breakfast was good and there was a refrigerator on the roof for snacks and beverages that was on the honor system. Our a/c worked well.
