Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMaison Dar Saada was the best riad we stayed at in our two week trip to Morocco. We stayed at over 6 Riad’s/hotels (not just in Marrakesh but across Morocco), Maison Dar Saada was the first one we stayed at and we were spoilt afterwards. We compared every riad to Dar Saada and none could compare. The rooms were immaculately clean and so much more spacious than other Riad’s (rooms are generally small in Morocco), the bathroom was big and had ample counter space. The massage options were far more and also the best prices that we found (we went for facials twice and the 150 minute massage too), the staff were amazing they responded so quickly and tentatively. The location was perfect it was a 1-2 minute walk to the main square however it wasn’t like other Riad’s were you have to walk through lots of side dark alleys, it was the easiest riad to access and two roads away from cafe de Paris where most taxis and vans (for excursions) do drop offs/pick ups, so it was easy to access even with luggage. If we could have stayed here for our whole trip we would have, and if we ever come back to Marrakesh we won’t hesitate to come back.

United KingdomVery nice breakfast up on the roof terrace. Tranquil place but very close to the madness of the Medina very close by. Treated ourselves to the Hammam/ Spa which was a fantastically relaxing couple of hours. all the staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Marrakesh is a wonderful city but can be pretty exhausting! We were there for 4 nights and the Raid was the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape the onslaught to tour senses!

Morocco- No signage or direction, so it's not easy to find it when you just arrive the 1st time. - While the riad is quiet, the rooms facing the small street can be noisy, especially early morning. - Bathroom kit could be better. There was no soap or face towels (only 2 big shower towels)
- Very clean riad, nicely decorated - The rooms are quite big compared to other riads - Nice and helpful staff - Inside the riad is very calm and quiet - Located at the entrance of the Medina, which makes it easy to access.

United KingdomWe had a fabulous experience at Maison Dar Saada. Down an unsuspecting side street we were greeted by an idyllic paradise. The courtyard was tranquil and we were treated to our first cup of mint tea. We had booked a room on the third floor which was incredibly chic and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was sublime, close to everything you’d need including some great eats. I’d recommend asking the accom to book any activity you’d like to do, they’re incredibly knowledgeable and we regret not utilising them but appreciated all their food recommendations for sure! Breakfast was also a nice affair and set us up right for the day. There is a slight smell from the drains which is the case across the whole area and we just placed a towel over the shower drain and that stopped it completely, although they do bring in nice spelling candles too.

United KingdomMaison dar Saada was an oasis of tranquility in a very busy city. Come back from the hustle and bustle of the souks and feel instantly relaxed with a mint tea or dip in the pool. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay - very accomodating. The traditional breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. All in all, expect great and relaxing service.

United KingdomEverything was perfect apart from a slight drain smell in the bathroom. But really couldn't fault anything else.
Great location in walking distance to everything in the medina. Beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Heated plunge pool was great. Quiet haven to come back to after a busy day in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Would definitely return next time in Marrakech. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

United KingdomWe did have a slight smell in the room/bathroom but when mentioned we were quickly provided with scented oil burners and then workmen arranged to check/resolve the issue.
Beautiful, stylish property in a safe and central area of the Medina. Such a nice calm and peaceful place but just steps away from the hustle and bustle. A 1min walk from Cafe De France, the main pick up and drop off point for taxis and day trips etc The plunge pool is lovely and warm and a lovely focal point in the courtyard. We had a Hammam which was great too, you just need to book the day before. We really enjoyed the breakfast of eggs, fresh local breads, pastries, fruit and muesli to start the day available between 8-11am so you were not rushed. The team, Hamid and Yassine and everyone else working there could not be more helpful and friendly, with recommendations for restaurants and trips and making reservations for you.

The location was superb being close to the center of Jemma el fna in the Medina for our 5 night stay. The breakfast was outstanding and the entire staff is all about service and cleanliness from escorting us directly to our car service on excursions and daily cleaning the entire facility. We could not more highly recommend Maison Dar Saada.

United KingdomWe had the best time in Marrakech and it was in no small part down to the kindness and hospitality shown by Hamid and his team at Maison Dar Saada. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, the decor is amazing and it’s got a lovely feeling throughout. As well as being in such an ideal location, close to the centre of Marrakech but with a relaxed feeling, especially on the rooftop terrace. But it’s the staff that really do make it special and were so helpful as soon as we stepped through the door. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much Hamid, Imad and everyone else at Maison Dar Saada!!

United KingdomThe spa was closed for maintenance during our stay, but not a dealbreaker in the end for us as we didn’t have an awful lot of time to factor it in
We loved the peace and tranquility after a day of sightseeing, location was perfect distance from the main square and felt extremely safe to get to at night. The staff were all so incredibly helpful, welcoming and warm, organising our taxi to and from the airport without any stress. Breakfast was plentiful and varied slightly each day. The rooms were all lovely and peaceful, spacious and comfortable. Free use of the safe for personal items. Cannot recommend this Riad enough.
