Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SloveniaThe staff for most of the time isn't there so it's a bit annoying when you for example need new toilet paper and you can't get it. It can get noisy if other guests talk loudly in the atrium.
This riad is on a great location and it's an OK value for money. The breakfast is tasty and served on a terrace (no views though). I liked that you can make real dark in the room at night.

The location is really good, walkable distance to many attractions. Room is clean, and tidied up every day. Breakfast on rooftop is quite chilled. Very safe and homey feeling.

BelgiumThe breakfast was okeych ! But 10 minutes walk distance you can buy lot of stuff especially a good coffee !
The location is good couple of meters away from el Bahia castle. Taxi is dropping 50 m from the hotel, and it’s easy to find The room was clean and when asked the towels were replaced guess during week end there is no housekeeping and the lady was doing it everyday during the weekdays The room space was enough and renewing some painting could be a plus

Czech RepublicCentral location, but we had trouble finding the accommodation. There’s no hotel sign on the door – it’s a green door in building number 5, and we got directions from the neighbors. We were given two separate rooms and a private bathroom accessible from the hallway just for us. Fine for one night, though one of the rooms had no window, so there was no fresh air during the night. The staff was helpful, and arranging an airport transfer was easy and reliable, right on time.

United KingdomRoom initially allocated, although clean and neat, was on the ground floor next to reception, and had no windows. Luckily another room was available on the first floor. Service was very friendly and courteous. Excellent location right next to the medina and next to Bahia Palace. Walking distance to the centre and main square.

FranceWould have been nice to have a bedside lamp, and the terrace was a little basic. Living plants would be good ! And maybe some decorative plates on the walls....didn't like the processed cheese for breakfast, was really hoping for some local fresh cheese, otherwise all good 👍
Lovely room and very clean and comfy.

United Kingdombreakfast could have real butter instead of margarine, but no big deal!
The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The environment was clean and well-maintained. The terrace provided a delightful setting for breakfast. Additionally, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area.

United KingdomCannot take a shower if someone else in the riad takes it at the same time - no water at all, cold or hot. We had to leave early, so our breakfast was not organised on time, which is a pity. The Riad would benefit from a clear posting. It is hard to find -- the door doesn't have any identification.
The location is great, right in the heart of the Medina. The Riad is clean and has a good terrace. Good beds and beddings.

PortugalThe only thing not good was the WiFi didn’t work very well in the room and in the terrace
The location is suberb. One street away from the main square (5 minutos walking), right beside palácio Bahia, 10 steps to a street with cars (very convenient for drop off). Barid bank ATM super convenient. Super safe any time of day and night. No sign on the door so check number 5 to nock. The place is basic but comfortable. Good shower. Good bed and spacey room with ac. The terrace is quite (no view or luxury) and the breakfast is delicious. People are very attentive to your needs. We paid 61€ for 3 people with breakfast with genius , so for me was an excellent value for money. If your looking for location (near the center and near the taxi) in a clean, simple and very friendly riad, this is an excellent choice. I will be back.

PolandGreat base for visiting Marrakesh. The riad is close to all the major landmarks in the centre of the city. The room we were using was comfortable and clean. The host (Souhaib) was very helpful throughout our entire stay and provided us with advice concerning Marrakesh and its surrounding areas. It was possible to buy breakfast each day, which was tasty and nourishing while not too expensive (5 EUR). The riad is also located close to a parking lot and it helps a lot if one is travelling by car.

AustriaA bit noisy outside on the street.
Very small hotel, but big and clean rooms. We booked only a room without breakfast. It's in the center but you can reach it by car easily. Just a simple and nice place to stay. The rooms are really good, the hall of the riad is quite small, not much space to sit. But you can sit on the terrace. All pictures from booking.com are exactly how it looks like in reality.
