We loved this Riad, it is beautiful and the staff is super nice and helpful. The locations is great, inside the medina but close enough to the outside of the medina, easy taxi access. We loved that they had a hamman in-house and that was an experience. It was our first one so not sure what to compare it to but we are glad we did it! We also had dinner at the restaurant and loved it!

The place is amazing. It’s near the “doors” of the Medina and the location it’s great. The room was great, spacious and comfortable with a great shower. The breakfast was also very good although I think that they should put more quantities available of each item like the pancakes. The inside of the building it’s really beautiful.

Far Shâan was a tranquil place after a long journey and stressful travel day. Wonderful experience in the Medina in a beautiful riad. Ayoub checked us in and when to extraordinary lengths to get our trip back on track.

Using the Apple Maps application the property was incorrectly marked. It is on the same street within the Medina but just be prepared to walk along the street to find the entrance.

For a one night stay the property was well located to see the ocean and some of Rabat’s major sites. The breakfast service was lovely and in warmer weather or with more time we would have loved to use the terrace space and pool. We felt very safe within the Riad, including with our ground floor room.

Overall the stay was just excellent, but we did notice that the wifi was a bit slow / struggled to connect in some parts of the hotel.

Our stay at Dar Shaan was wonderful - we cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The riad is beautiful decorated, furnished and maintained and has a really warm feel. The rooftop has a great outlook over the city and was well setup (despite us visiting in off peak season). The location is excellent - in the Medina but close to exits to explore other parts of the city.

We had a wonderful time staying at Dar Saan, it’s is conveniently located at the medina of Rabat and close to the Kasbah and the sea. Very comfortable and clean, highly recommended if you want to be close to the city’s main attractions

Friendly, helpful staff... they are there to help and assist but they don't make a fuss. The breakfast is freshly made and is of a very high quality as is the evening meal, which is cooked to perfection...hopefully the restaurant could be better promoted to guests and outside visitors.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is very attractive and comfortable with friendly staff and a good view from the roof terrace. It is in a great location to explore Rabat both old and new. Just inside the Medinah, but near enough to the edge to access the water front and pickup/drop off points for taxis.

All rooms have windows facing courtyard so noisy and hard to get air. Ate dinner one evening, no prices and turned out to be expensive.
