We liked this hotel very much. They arranged our transport from the airport and arranged our tour of the Medina. We did not know that Ramadan was happening and that made a few things difficult. We stayed 3 nights and on our 4th night we switched to the Marriott in order to go sit by the pool since so many things would be closed on the last day of Ramadan. Communication was a little difficult and we needed to speak with another employee over the phone to be understood by the manager on duty.

The riad is beautiful, clean and well looked after - the rooftop is also gorgeous. Our room was very big, well maintained and beautiful - good shower, AC working perfectly, comfy bed and perfect working mini bar. The staff were one of the highlights of the place, always very nice and polite - they even cleaned our clothes (for a fee) after our quad ride in the desert, they were very dirty and came back super cleaned; the staff also allowed us to leave our belongings there after check out until the time we left to the airport. They were always so friendly and lovely and we saw them around the riad, always smiling. The location is perfect, very close to the famous market (like 10min walk), easy to find following google maps and easy access out of hours with our keys. Highly recommend it!

The only slight downside was staying in a lower-level room, where we could occasionally hear staff preparing in the kitchen early in the morning. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, guests who are light sleepers may prefer requesting an upper-level room for a quieter experience.

Despite being in the bustling Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful—a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering helpful recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and local attractions. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. Breakfast was another highlight—freshly prepared each morning with a delicious spread of Moroccan pastries, fresh fruit, jams, and traditional mint tea. We also enjoyed a spectacular rooftop terrace, perfect for unwinding while soaking in breathtaking views of the city. Overall, it exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for an authentic, luxurious, and welcoming stay in Marrakech, this Riad is an absolute must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommended!

Would have loved a regular hose over a bidet. The ventilation in the toilet as well as the water pressure need work too

The room requires a minimal maintenance. Nothing extra.

In a quiet street, despite of the busy road is just one block away. Mosque de la Koutoubia, Jemaa el Fna, the souks, Le Jardin Secret ca. 5 min. away. The other landmarks are available within a 10-15 min. walk. Khalid is freindly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a good experience. Car acces roads (to pick up to trips) are nearby.

No TV, but it's not a big deal. The laneway outside can be cleaner but it's not the hotel's fault.

Inside the medina on a quiet street just a block from driving road, easy to reach yet very quiet. It is easily walkable to many areas in the medina as well as Gueliz new town, but a few min walk from the worst part of the busy tourists streets. Perfect! Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with an Arabian touch. Staff members are very sweet and helpful. Morning breakfasts on the roof were wonderful memories. Great value!
