Bathroom was mouldy due to moisture.

We drove from Marrakech to Casablanca and was very excited about visiting this so called romantic town but.. The best part about Midtown hotel Casablanca was that they have hotel parking. The room we booked was with a balcony which was nice. The view is decent overlooking the Art Deco buildings. The room was clean and big , more suitable for families than couples as it comes with a kitchen and refrigerator big enough to save for the whole week. The Bathrooms were the problem area. They were clean but mouldy due to moisture and the rubber between the shower glass was all black and damp. The location is quite great , one can walk around, have many nice places to eat. But to visit the waterfront one needs a vehicle or taxi. The breakfast was decent too and a nice spread to choose from.

Restaurant is a bit too small to accommodate a large number of guests. I recommend going early for breakfast.

The rooms need some work. The shower had mould, and a LOT of limescale. The floor was a bit grubby. A nice kitchen.. but no plates cups spoons pots pans or even tea bags or coffee.. 2 towels supplied for 5. Travel cot wasn’t in the room as requested. We had 5 in one room but they didn’t set up the sofa beds or leave bedding. When bedding was supplied there wasn’t enough for the two sofa beds. We also had a second room for in laws. They gave them the wrong room (no balcony) also no towels, and their air con broke on day 2. Preparation for guests, some TLC in the rooms, and some cutlery and plates would make this a MUCH better rating. Huge potential. Still a nice stay, just a bit of a let down with these things.

We had the suite, and it was huge. Large beds, large balcony, lovely staff and the ladies at reception were very sweet! Nice entrance at reception and a good location - lots of restaurants nearby and quick to access shops etc. the hotel has SO much potential to be better, which is a shame.

we was two people me and my mom family room was too small and there is not sofa bed.they said that the room can serve 4 people but with one king bed how will do that .how family room will just king bed and chair .we had to change the room to two bed and pay more . and the parking was too small i think is just for staff .and we have to put the car in street and pay per hours

This hotel could be easily improved by throwing away all the towels and bed linen and buying new ones! It’s a shame, I used my own towel from my suitcase because the ones in the bathroom looked too old and lost their white color.

Centrally located hotel at good price. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff is very helpful. Street parking available in case the garage is full. Good place to stay if you don’t want to waste too much money.

WiFi would not connect in the room and the Netflix would also not connect due to a lack of wifi. We had hoped to use the self-catering facilities but there were no utensils, pots or pans in the kitchen, making it unusable unless you had brought your own kitchen equipment with you. We had no towels in the room until the second day of our stay, even though we had asked for towels on arrival. The hotel's card machine did not work due to poor internet connection meaning we had to pay the local city tax in cash with the money meant for our taxi fare to the train station.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, it was nice having the balcony space and the air con worked well. Breakfast was lovely and the security of the hotel was good. The location is convenient for walking into the centre of Casablanca, it's about 40 mins walk from the Hassan II mosque and the beach front. There is a good view of the city from the roof, although the sky bar is not open.

We stayed with our 3 young teenage kids and the make-shift couch beds “beds” were small and very hard. I wouldn’t say the rooms truly could sleep 5.

The staff were very nice and the included breakfast was decent. They let us check in early which was super nice and accommodating. The location was central.

unfortunately that depiction only worked on the first sight… you can ask for kitchen utensils but the selection you get is less than spartan, the room is only roughly cleaned and even though the breakfast has a lot of varieties, the taste is, lets say, medium… we still enjoyed our stay very much, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for and you don’t pay a lot…

the hotel is very nicely located, the room has a great AC and a cute balcony where you can spent some quality time after a long day of sightseeing! the staff as well as the hotel in general really tries to provide a luxurious stay for a low cost!!

A kitchen in the room but nothing to cook or eat with except 2 mugs. Also in the middle of the night someone came into our room, turned on the light and walked out. Then a staff person called our phone saying a taxi insisted that we had ordered one and he needed my name. It was strange and a disturbance to us as we were fast asleep after a lot of traveling.

The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good. Staff were great. Good restaurants nearby.
