Beyond my expectations . The hotel is centrally located. The staff is super friendly and will go steps ahead to meet customer satisfaction. Although it is classified as 4 star. For me it is a 5 star.

NetherlandsOne drawback is the very complicated way to turn on, turn off and set the airco! There is some small touchscreen on the wall with signs noone understands who did not do digital studies. At 3 at night I wanted to turn off the airco, but how? Instead of turning it off I by chance set the temperature at 29 degrees...! By accident I did turn it off (don't ask me how...). but I didn't manage to turn it on again the next morning. Breakfast is good but you have to eat it accompanied by terrible Musak.
The location was perfect: about ten minutes from the railway station, five minutes from the medina and also ten minutes to a station for 'grands taxis; . The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood, so you hear some noise from the street, but not past midnight. Breakfast is OK en staff is helpfull.

I got a very warm welcome from the ladies on the reception and also I just step in to the hotel and they called me by my name without saying anything what surprised me and I felt that this hotel really taking care of they guests. I would recommend this hotel as its clean quite perfect amenities. Also we can find gym and restaurant in the hotel. I was just missing hairdryer from the room and as on booking.com they said its minibar in the room but actually just a fridge. But all together it's a perfect experience. If I'm coming to Oujda sure I will choose this hotel again .😊
