Not sure the bed sheets change to often, but that's how it goes! Sometimes the bathroom shower was not so clean, but it depends on the guests too, as the hostel does have a cleaning staff. You have to ask for toilet paper and keep it for yourself.

Great location. Safe. More spacious than other mdina places. There are windows in the room. There is a wonderful terrace where you can spend the whole day. There is internet. It is in the middle of mdina, though it is in a calm and peaceful place. 1 minute away from the buzzle of the streets. It is close to places to eat and drink, the bazar.

The rooms can be a bit cold, especially when it's raining. Also the toilets are not in the greatest state.

The roof terrace was nice and the location was easily accessible and close to many major attractions.

the rooms are not very well insulated on the ground floor, because the walls are made of thin wood and in addition the waterproofing is zero, especially since the rooms are right at the reception of the establishment.

too cold at nights. the big, thick heavy blankets were not practical. it was still cold. need heat. no sense of hygiene- so soap to wash hands even though i told the worker. If you are allergic to cats this is not a place for you.In the middle of the night a cat jumped on me in my bed. They are always there. The ceiling in the bathroom on 1st floor had mildew- bad for breathing. The cleaner enters the room whenever someone leaves to set the bed. It was 8 am i was still sleeping.No rules. The main door is left open at nights so anyone can enter.unsafe.The stray cats enter too.

lovely shared riad down a quiet cul de sac in the souk. location is great as close to famous 'blue' gate and between the two main streets, helps with navigation! nice roof terrace and good breakfast available. bathrooms clean and water hot.

Be ready to see random people entering just to see the room and then leave, that was the only thing i dindt like.

It is in the center of the Medina, just few steps away from the entry, be careful to dont get lost,the medina is HUGE and if you do, write a message to the owner they will pick you up, just like they did with me. Thanks for that!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Small good kitchen. Good location. Not easy to find the place, but I called from a square non far from the hostel and very friendly man from the hostel came to pick me up. It was nice.

Bathroom wasn't great at all shower in with toilet & bin not emptied in the 2 days we were there. Never anyone at reception.

The owner is a funny lady, she helps her self into the room with no regard if someone is sleeping or getting changed, it’s funny if you don’t mind but if you do you might find a problem.

Minor problems that the staff will deal with.

The streets in Fes town centre are too narrow for a taxi to take you to the door of your accommodation. One of the staff came to get me from the taxi otherwise it would have been difficult to find the house. The people that run the place are helpful. Low cost accommodation for a very reasonable price.

The room had a very small, built-in bathroom. The description read while booking lead us to higher expectations.

The hostel is in the Medina, close to the "bab" (gate). It is easy to meet fellow travellers from all over the world, relaxing on the sofas of the common living rooms. The young man at the welcoming desk was very helpful and we eventually understood eachother, even if he spoke mostly arabic and a tiny bit of English and French.
