There was an unbearable smell of cigarettes smoke in the room I stayed in and despite telling the staff about it, nothing was done. No room change or anything.

If you are staying in Casablanca for few days, that’s the perfect place to stay in! Location is good walking distance to almost all attractions! A lot of bars in the area and local food with very affordable prices!

The floor was not very clean and it was very loud later in the night because of the TV of another room and extremely thin walls apparently.

The bed sheets were clean, the bathroom was big enough as well as the shower. Also the room was nice and spacious.

There is no fridge in the room, and the AC is not functioning. I asked if I could get the remote control to turn the AC on as it is too hot. The answer was: The weather is good and not allowed to turn on the AC. The area is so noisy, and there is a bar under the hotel that is staying open until early morning with yelling and singing loudly. In the morning, it is the worst. There are workshops will be opening and operating with heavy machinery sounds.

There is not really anything that I can complain about. I can mention that you must be aware that if it is after 12:00 the Taxi cant take you to the venue as you are in the middle of the market. But it is only a 8 minute walk.

The room was very clean. The aircon was in working order. The host was very accommodating when changing breakfast times. We had a great experience staying at the Riad.

It was not very clean, my wife got sick in the first day because of being not clean. Staff were nice enough to change the the sheets, but even the one he brought was not clean, so he had to got the sheet from downstairs twice. It was disastrous in terms of being clean. And also we saw couple of bugs on the floor and insects. The room was smelling like cigarettes, definitely it’s allowed to smoke inside, so it’s not a good thing as a non-smoker.

The staff were very nice and it has a good location. Wifi is not very fast but, it’s okayish (10mbit/s). Sometimes it got stuck while I was watching reels. It’s a vintage rooms, the rooms seems like they’re still at 80’s. You can also smell it.

Couldn't close the terrace door completely, everything was a little bit run down, I asked the reception to call for me a taxi for the next morning at 6.30 am because I felt kinda unsafe as a woman alone in this area, and he said no - which is kinda weird.

For 25€ a good central accommodation in Casablanca, bed was nice, bathroom was okay-ish.

I liked the hotel a lot and the room I got had a nice view over the small square there and towards Casablanca's houses and streets. It was close to the center and around there were many restaurants to suit everyone's taste, both a little more expensive or cheaper. Everything was nice there, comfortable bathroom too, so I also had a balcony there. The breakfast was good and the WiFi worked well. Comfortable bed too. As I said, I was very pleased. The staff were nice, I didn't miss anything then. I recommend it to all who are not spoiled and not need luxury.
