Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandWe spent only 1 night there, for me it is not a hotel. There is only 1 power outlet in the room, rooms resemble prison cells rather than a hotel you have to pay for…there is no lift, on the 1st floor the shower is so small that it’s right next to the toilet

MalaysiaTiny room, old metal bed frames, single electrical plug above the sink. Steep stairs. Rooftop terrace was uninhabited and ignored. Room security was iffy.
I liked the fact that identical priced hotels outside the tunneled Old Medina, were much better, more spacious with bathrooms and curbside taxi. The proprietor was friendly and helpful.

Value for money this hotel is excellent. I stayed 9 nights for approx €25 per night including local taxes. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming as are the chambermaids. My room (No 20) on the 2nd floor comprised of a double bed with plenty of warm blankets, a small table and chair and an ensuite bathroom. There was always plenty of hot water in the shower (turn the tap to the left). The roof terrace was lovely with some covered cushioned seating for lying out during the day. I had accumulated some dirty washing which the chambermaid put in the washing machine, tumble dried it and it was all done within 2 hours. Cost Dh.30 (£3). No breakfast is served here but you're a 5 minute walk from the main square where there are cafes in abundance. The riad is initially difficult to find (as are most riads!) but once you've established a landmark you're fine. Always keep the address of your riad in your bag as you will end up asking a local for directions from time to time. Highly recommended.

IrelandThere is no air conditioning in the rooms so it gets very hot, this meant we had to leave the windows open in the room which faces the internal lobby (as do all of the rooms). The noise was unimaginable, we barely slept. There are rules on the door which says no noise/loud talking etc after 11, nobody respected this. The staff would be aware of this as from the lobby there was a window to their office. I heard some shushing which i assumed was the staff but it made 0 difference and the noise continued as if people were shouting from room to room. If they were close to our room it felt like they were in the room with us. I would not recommend staying here especially for tourists. It seemed like most of the people staying there were Moroccan anyway. No breakfast or tea coffee facilities either.
We liked the cleanliness of the room, the shower was good and strong and hot/cold worked great. The location was ideal in a lovely and central part of Marrakech.

United KingdomWe stayed 5 days, we left on the 4th as noone came to clean, the owner of the hotel had so big attitude, no manners or proper education, he locked the main door in the morning without saying anything as lack of information or give any information about the hotel, he was rude telling me that it's my problem if we lose our excursion, the room was next to a toilet smelling so bad from 8 pm, loud noises all day long till 3 in the morning but he made a complaint why I was knocking the door cause he didn't notify us earlier, some people see you as an ATM.
Nothing.

United KingdomThe noise in this property at night is unbearable and you can’t sleep. Night receptionist is so loud and has friends at the door congregating which echoes all loud conversations. No respect for guests sleeping at all, just wanted his friends.
Central location. Friendly on arrival but after that everything was an inconvenience for them. I have stayed in Kech several times and in fact 3 times last year. Despite grade of Riad all made effort to give traditional atmosphere. Imouzer had only one light on in courtyard (it’s not a patio off your room as advertised) candles around water feature never lit. Toilet seat broke twice and they said called us difficult because of that and wanting a quiet room, we were made to feel unwelcome and reception staff were 2 faced- I speak a little Arabic and heard it. I was told cockroaches were not a problem- they are.

United KingdomAMAZING HOTEL!!! please, do not trust any of the negative reviews! This place was amazing. One of the main things for me was the wi-fi as I also needed to work while I was there, THE WI-FI WAS SUPER FAST so please don't trust reviews which say that it was slow. The location is SUPERB!!! Absolutely everything within walking distance. The beds were super comfy too! They did not pressure for payment straight away and allowed me to pay a few days later, which was also nice. No hair dryer, but thats not really a big issue. Staff were super friendly as well. I couldn't recomend this hotel enough!

United Kingdom1. Very small rooms. 2. No reliable hot water in the bathroom (you get hot water for a minute). 3. It gets really cold in the winter with no heating available. 4. Very noisy residents. Not the best value for money available in the city, overall I wouldn't recommend.
Very good location, it's a couple of minutes walk to the shops.

Very very loud all night. And price was cheaper posted on the wall than wheni paid. Local customers coming and going all night. I asked to move to the floor above me and would pay extra and was told those rooms were full. They were not full and were empty when i left in the morning. Plenty of better options near by.

The staff were absolutely incredible and the hotel was beautiful. The shower took a few minutes to get warm but was wonderful once it got there. Location to the main square and Airport Bus is also impeccable.
