Quite clean and very well located.Staff was very helpful. I really recommend for a cheap but comfortable stay near the center of Tangier. My mum is in a wheelchair and the property was super accessible.

- Only the absolute bare minimun equipment in the kitchen, not even the basic spices and no cooking utensils or pots or pans( it did have a beat up aluminium pot to boil water) - Noise of the motor of the elevator could be heard - Very thin walls, you could hear the neighbours talking in their apartment - Aircon only in the living room, it got very hot in the rooms at night

We had a very difficult time finding the apartments. We arrived at the ferry and asked many taxi drivers and none of them knew of the apartments. As it turns out the name on the building is marked Belleza or something like that. . There is nothing about Imran Apartments that matches the address. One taxi driver finally figured it out and he told another one to take us there. That man had to keep calling him so He could actually find it. The apartment is okay for cooking but sparse. Good for preparing salads, sandwiches, easy meals because not a lot there to cook with. Also no shampoo, soap, no hairdryer, etc. A little bit of dish soap but no drying towels etc.

The apartment is very spacious and clean and, within walking distance to the train station and a mall to do grocery shopping. The girl at the desk was very nice and present with the keys.

Miraculously, the room category was upgraded and I had to pay 50 euros more. The employees convinced that the booking itself did this, although the booking does not do this. The problem could not be solved in any way (including by Booking’s support), and the manager offered to cancel the reservation and pay “out of pocket.” The employees do not speak English very well (possibly on purpose in a conflict situation), the sound insulation is very poor - you can hear footsteps, water in the bathroom, door slams. There is not enough hair dryer, towels, dryer and all sorts of small things for such a price.

The apartments are very good - new appliances, a lot of space. Clean, spacious and fresh. There is no mold in the bathroom, a good washing machine

The apartment was very basic, only 2 towels supplied, walls of bathroom had blood on them, bathroom sink wasn't attached to the wall, shower curtain mouldy, leaking bath, beds rock hard and bedding not clean. Dining chairs wobbly. Noisy all night all walls paper thin. No air con. Had a balcony which faced onto the back which was horrible and run down Groups of men smoking weed stood outside day and night. Not great and would not recommend.

It was centrally located with ample parking.

1. Booking says complimentary airport pick up, but when I enquired about this, there was an additional cost! We did not use the service. 2. Card machine not working on arrival so forced to pay cash, which at check-in we didn't have any. Thankfully, they let us check-in and leave 1 passport with them. So after check-in, we had to go and find an ATM to pay for the room!! 3. Lift only fits 3-4 people, and there is only one, which didn't always come when called - we were on floor 9, so we used the stairs every time! 4. Cat poo and urine on the stairs. 5. WiFi didn't work, and there was a broken cable on the WiFi box! 6. Garden view is onto a wasteland next door to the property. 7. Air con only in lounge not in bedrooms, so in the middle of summer the bedrooms are very hot and not comfortable for sleeping even with all the windows and doors open. 8. The door on one of the balconies doesn't close or lock. Thankfully, we were on floor 9, so not a security issue. 9. No shower gel or handsoap - when booking shows, there is meant to be some! 10. Booked for 8 people and only given 4 towels! 11. Booked for 8 people, which included 2 sofa beds in the lounge area, and no bedding was provided for the sofa beds. 12. Showers flood as water doesn't drain away quickly enough. 13. Shower curtians broken and half wrapped off. 14. Vanities/sink hanging off wall in both bathrooms and sinks very loose on top of vanities. 15. When we arrived, the freezer wasn't frozen and had lots of congealed water at the bottom. 16. Pillows are super lumpy with knots in the pillow to keep the stuffing in 17. Dining table and chairs rather rickety. 18. Sofa arm was very loose/broken off when we arrived. 19. There is not enough cutlery for 8 people. 20. No washing up liquid to wash dishes. 21. Sheets stained. 22. No bin in the whole apartment! 23. Messaged on WhatsApp to organise check-in, and had one generic response and then heard nothing back!

Not so clean, towels were not washed, very thin walls that sometimes you could hear people showering and chairs.

Bad maintenance , water leakage in the WC and bathroom, moisture on the ceiling. Strong smell of moisture, uncontrollable bed, not working Tv. Bad sound insolation . One can hear every sound from neighbouring apartments and steers.

Location and leanness

The location is within walking distance from the Tanger train station and quite close to the city centre. The staff is very kind and helpful. For 26€ a night, you have a 2 bedrooms apartment with two toilets and a big living room with tv. The kitchen could a bit more equipped but it was ok for two people. You can also wash your clothes for free and park your rented car👌 At night it was quite loud though as we could hear the neighbours talking. But for this price it was really worth it. Go for it! :)

The location is great 5 Min from the train station, it's a fresh clean apartment with everything you need for a short or even a long stay, it's a 10/10 for me, mainly because the staff are so friendly and accommodating and where my Arabic isn't the greatest they helped me a lot, I will definitely be using these apartments again as I am a Moroccan Brit who visits Morocco often.

Nothing to say but the place is such a very clean beauty!!! The checking was so smooth thanks to Mr Samir who was very welcoming & at disposal for any request. Besides, the property is well located in the city allowing an access to wherever important !!! I will definitely use the same place whenever it is possible.
