The property is wonderful, super clean, perfectly located. The rooms are very big! It was nice to enjoy the pool during the day. Also the hotel offer a lot of desert activities. Most importantly, the manager and the staff are amazing.

When we were there, the hotel restaurant only offered a fixed menu option which wasn't great for our young family. We opted to eat dinner at an outside restaurant instead, but the hotel breakfast was good.

The location was excellent and the grounds were uniquely beautiful. It was only a 2 minute walk to the dunes and there were great food options in Hassilabied, only a 5 minute drive away. Our "family room" was large and comfortable.

    No complains.

Rooms are big and very good quality. Staff is excellent, beds are huge and very comfortable. Our rooms were at the very edge of the sand dunes, amazing experience. We received breakfast near our rooms, before the official hours to be able to go birding early. Super staff.

We spent one evening here, and it was wonderful. We got a lovely big room in another building next to the big kasbah called 'the dune house', very pretty. The owner was waiting for us to give a tour of the house and was very welcoming. The dinner offered in the hotel was very good. We got to do stargazing with binoculars and laser while the owner told us about all the stars and how the nomads used them to navigate, very interesting. The breakfast the next morning was just lovely with a superb view. Would totally recommend, and especially the stargazing!!

The riad is nice, it's localized right next to the dunes. We stayed in the dunes house. Beautiful views! Rooms are nice and very clean. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The pool area is nice. So is the terrace. Staff was really welcoming, nice and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet.

    Nothing. Having to leave!

Everything truly fabulous. The decor, the location, the staff, the restaurant. Just amazing. Right on the edge of the Sahara. A very memorable experience. I spent alot of time choosing which hotel we would stay in and I am really glad of the choice I made.

I ended up choosing this place after have booked an activity at the desert where the meeting point would be in this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure every need was met. They even came to pick us up at the bus and arranged a taxi to the airport for our return flight. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with both good taste and comfort. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, like the comfortable mattresses, the good quality linens and towels. The outstanding breakfas truly made mornings enjoyable and the dinner was pleasing — the meals were both tasty and beautifully presented. The pool area felt like an oasis, perfect for relaxation on chaise longe with beach towels available for free. I've been in many places across Morocco and I would definitely recommend this place.

It would have been great if the windows had screens. Wifi could be stronger (gets weak in certain areas/with a lot of users).

The staff were helpful and flexible (including accommodating early check-in after a desert camp night). We enjoyed the pool and the ability to essentially walk out of the kasbah into the dunes.

Everything was nice, but compared to other 4 star hotels, reduce your expectations a little.

The location is great. We walked to the dunes within 5 min. The room was spacious and the shower and toilet were sufficiently clean. The water was hot. Breakfast was superb. Dinner was nice, but portions could have been bigger.

The air conditioning could have been stronger. The one unit in the large dune house family room only cooled a limited area. The area around the pool was looking a bit tired. There was quite a lot of maintenance happening during our stay around the pool which was unfortunate.

We stayed in the Dune House which was a fantastic location right on the dunes. We had Aziz look after us for our stay and he was amazing. He really made our stay special. We also did a few excursions that were very good.

The beds were a bit hard, but that's typical for Morocco.

You really are welcomed and made comfortable right away. We were a family of 4, wanting to first camp one night in the desert. Then, to check in at Mohayut the next morning. I highly recommend booking with Mohayut and let them know that you'd like them to organize a camel ride and camping through them in your messages. This allows for very smooth communication!! We arrived at 5:00pm. The kids immediately jumped in the pool and we put our valuables in a secure room in reception. At 6pm, we were picked up for camel ride and camping. Everything was planned well and communication was very clear. (For 50$ pp): We rode camels to the desert, sand boarded, watched the sunset, then rode further to our camp. Dinner was served promptly, then music around a fire. Breakfast was at 7am the next morning and then we were driven back to the hotel and we're able to get into our room right away. I highly recommend doing this instead of booking a camp separate from the hotel. It was such a great relaxing day at the hotel. A perfect rest between Marrakech and Fes.

To get to the restaurants or shops you need to use car, it is too far to go on foot.

Very nice hotel, with swimming pool in the middle, maze of corridors, and nice view on desert from few spots. A lot of parking places, camels and sand. I would visit it again.

Amazing Kasbah at the desert. Great location nearby Merzouga to do several activities (camel ride, quad, buggy, ..). Spacious rooms with very cosy terraces to have dinner/breakfast. Refreshing swimming pool where you can stay after check-out. Also possibility to drop your luggage for a day. Friendly staff who makes you feel welcome.

The breakfast was so so considering the price for the hotel.

The property is quite nice - albeit dusty and a bit worn in - but luxurious for the area. Breakfast was included but lacking protein - mostly Moroccan pastries, with a little lackluster fruit. Dinner was good. The best part was our large room with windows on either side and a bench and table area. The pool was pretty but I did not have a chance to try it out. Loved the camel fountain! Parking is good and protected. I would stay here again.
