Nothing. It was a 10/10 experience

The guys running the place were amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us to keep our luggage behind the front desk and enjoying the amenities of the Auberge after we checked out and were just waiting for our flight. The place itself is the definition of central and the views were beyond what we paid for. It’s a hostel at the end of the day so don’t expect the amenities of a 4/5 star hotel. But it is still one of the best hostels and dare I say hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, friendly, and had gorgeous views. What more can you ask for?

We stayed at L’Auberge for 7 nights, and throughout our stay, everything was clean and nice. The terrace was quiet and worth the price, and the view from our room was just amazing. The only issue we faced was that our room key stopped working a few times, but the staff was really lovely and helpful and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a really good experience and would go back anytime.

There was water in the room and bathroom after each shower an no option to dry it off so it can get messy.

We really enjoyed our stay and would even more if it was not raining:) Great chilled atmosphere in the hotel and stunning view. I will come back again for longer stay.

The hotel itself is a bit dark and dingy. Be careful with the rooms on the balcony as people can sit there in the evening and wake you up. Also lots of stairs if you are ok with that .

I stayed in the apartment that was excellent . A central area with a fantastic view of the ocean, a table , sink , fridge and cooker. The toilet is separate then the bunk room , then the shower and then the main room. The double bed is two singles which is annoying . The location is fantastic with the Aftas cafe 5 seconds away and Hash point close , with Panorama’s 5 mins away. You are in the heart of the action here if that is what you want . The apartment is completely separate and i did not use the hotel at all . If you like your own space in the heart of the action this is a good option !

We loved everything

The property was beautiful it was in the centre of taghazout right on the beach. The staff were amazing - We loved the rooms amazing views to the sea and so clean! There is beautiful shared terraces and you can rent surfboards directly from the hotel - very handy

Very beautiful place with bougainville flowers on the outer walls and colorful tiles and carved wooded doors everywhere. Comfortable beds and even a tv with netflix! Two wonderfull terraces, with comfortable stretchers and cosy pillows everywhere. The facilities were very clean and modern and the staff is friendly.

The only negative thing is that the double bed room was a bit small. The bathrooms are not next to the room so have this in mind.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are all so friendly and willing to help! The location is perfect as you are near all the restaurants and the surf beach. The view from our private balcony was amazing! You could enjoy the beautiful sunset. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax.

Sliding window did not close properly, but in the end this was no problem and we actually enjoyed the sound of the ocean rolling into our room during the night.

Very friendly and hospitable staff! They also arranged transport to and from the airport for us. Splendid location at the seaside, and great view from the shared terraces.

The beds were a little bit too hard, apparently you can ask for a mattress topper so I would recommend that😉

The location with direct beach and sea view from our rooms, the terraces are great and the yoga lesson we could really recommend. Also the breakfast was very good but the only thing was that it was not served in time.

one If you are visiting taghazout for the beach this has to be one of the best located hotels in the area. It over looks the main beach and is so well connected to the rest of the city. We received 5 star service from the moment we booked with Simo exceeding expectations by organising a transfer, giving us local tips and lending us hand with our bags once we checked out. We couldn’t be happier with the hospitality.

Location hits right in the sweet spot. View is amazing and you are in the middle between all the cafes but you can hear nothing but waves.

Location is great, you walk out your door onto the beach. Good crew running the place, friendly and helpful. Hassima let me extend my checkout time which was most appreciated. The two roof decks are epic. Room was basic but nicely appointed and totally fine for the price.

The location is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is extremely nice. The best thing was the rooftop terrace and the fact that this accommodation js right at the beachfront.

Room was accessed by patio doors on a shared balcony, which meant having the curtains closed most of the time, despite the amazing sea views. Main issue was the door had been poorly fixed following the original lock breaking. A good yank would easily have got anyone access to the room.
