I needed to get a small bottle of water from the cafe and the staff overcharged asking 50 D. I didn't have change, so they accepted 20 D, which I later discovered was still a hugely inflated price. Elsewhere I paid 15 D for a huge 2 litre bottle.

Te dinner was absolutely delicious. The room comfy. The breakfast was good.

Shower was old but functional, washbasin took ages to drain. The bad reviews on here were not considerate of the cost of the hotel, I recommend people book the star of hotel to the level of their expectations.

Excellent service from friendly staff, rooms were dated but very clean and functional. Great base to explore the many sights of Marrakech. Breakfast was basic but good. Excellent value for money.

For the price we paid it was excellent, with a swimming pool, lovely breakfast and within walking distance of jema el fna. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The bathrooms need to be renewed. They are functional, but not up to standard.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, perfect location and a wonderful pool. Breakfast was served at the table and was very good with delicious mesamen and fresh orange juice every day. Very good value for money. Would be happy to come back next time we are in Marrakech.

In booking they mention that you have a hotel parking but the parking is in your charge There wasn't enough shampoo and shower gel, I booked for three person and i got only two items from each. The toilets were not perfectly clean there was a weird smell

The first room I stayed in did not have a working power socket. The second room I got at a later date was all good but there was a weird noise on the top floor all night. Luckily I had earplugs with me!
