I liked everything

The breakfast in the morning was perfect to start the day with my morning swim from 9am. I then would relax by the pool with perfect complimentary service from the staff and everything on site that was needed and if not can be sourced by the hotel. Very welcoming, humble nice people that made me feel at home

The reception staffs are unacceptable. We arrived for check-in time, they gave us the key and to our surprise the room is not ready yet. We went to the reception and they told us to wait for 10-15minutes to clean the room. After 15minutes, we went back to the room and still not ready. I think we went to the room 3x and they couldn’t care less and just kept telling us to just wait. We waited for more than 1 hour and my husband demanded if they can just give us a clean room so we can enjoy the rest of our day in Morroco. They finally gave us a clean room and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience the’ve caused. Very disappointed.

The space of the room is okay but the location is not that accessible to the Medina, you have to walk for maybe 15 minutes under the scorching heat.

One of the staff (out of over 10) was unhelpful.

Excellent wifi, air conditioning and swimming pool (open 9:30 to 20:00). Everything is clean. The room with ensuite, balcony & wardrobe were spacious. The mattress is very firm. 24 hour reception & elevator are useful, & staff make a calm, friendly environment. The dining areas are spacious and light-filled. Breakfast is huge: coffee, juice, egg, cheese, msemmen, bread roll, butter, jam, oil, honey, pain au chocolate. Parts of the building are a little rundown, but it is comfortable and located walking distance from the markets (Jemaa el-Fnaa and Rabha Kedima) as well as a supermarket (Carrefour), upmarket dining (Cappucino), and ATM (check on the map). I’d stay here again.

There was no drinking water,kettle, cups for tea Coffee making facilities in the room, the telephone was broken, no ironing facilities, no hairdryer in the room, the AC was just about making the room cool. The bathroom plumbing was bad, and the toilet didn't flush properly. The flushing button was broken. The shower didn't have a proper bracket, so when the shower was on, the head fell off. All the taps were very old and rusty. Breakfast was the same thing every day and very dry and cold. There was no selection/ choice for anything. Eggs were only boiled that could not be peeled properly every morning. The swimming pool closed at 8pm everyday so after a hot day out, you couldn't come back to the hotel to swim.

Room size was good. Beds were comfortable.

Was nothing like the itinerary stated on the advert on booking.com Curtains hanging off poles Window wouldn't shut properly so you could hear all the noise outside on the busy streets Room was very cold Toilet facilities ie soap/shampoo were very poor

Lack of professionalism, when do you ask for service, they just ignore you in some way. The pillows also and mattress absolutely not comfy.

We had to change rooms. Need to call the staff more than 3 Times to fix the hot water (and I needed to go downstairs by myself since the phone in the bedroom was broken). Terrible internet connexion in the bedrooms. I asked to have breakfast (that was terrible btw, ONE egg for each guest and bread) with a big group that was there before the breakfast time (they were all eating) and the waiter made me wait until the time they normally served breakfast (event with the big group of students that were eating and even with the limited options).
