Location for breakfast was good however the choice was very poor, orange juice was excellent 2 mornings but the last day was diluted juice, not really acceptable taking into consideration the freshly squeezed juice was delicious

United KingdomNo fridge in rooms, which is odd considering how hot it is. Staff unfriendly, except for the porter, but he has to be nice because he wants his tip. Uncomfortable beds. Basic. Everything was just basic. Also, what decent hotel doesn't have an iron you can borrow to press your clothes? I paid 60 dh for 4 items of clothes to be ironed, and they were not. As for breakfast, you receive a cup of coffee 1 egg, a roll of bread, a couple of pastries, and orange juice, and the waiters act like they are doing you a favour. I would not use this hotel again, but I would book one nearby.
The location was very good. 10-minute walk to Jema souk. The hotel was located in the wealthy part of Marrakesh. That's the only positive I can honestly give.

Rooms were clean and the swimming pool was super nice. Also the atmosphere there was friendly and nice. They ordered taxi for us to airport and were super helpfull. The location was close to old town and easy to get there. And aircondition worked super well and thats super important at summertime.

Also the bathtub is clogged 😭 we asked the staff to fix or move us but they didnt move us. The hotel doesnt have fridge in the room and no coffee/tea aswell. The breakfast is only croissant and boiled eggs and coffee.. Really disappointed

MoroccoThe stay was very uncomfortable for me. The staff lied to me many times, and as a result, I had to sleep the first night without air conditioning. When I went to the reception desk to report the issue, they made a scene and insisted that the air conditioner was working and that the room would cool down soon. However, the entire night passed, and the room remained hot. The next morning, I went back to the reception desk, and they finally agreed to give me another room. Unfortunately, the new room they gave me did not have WiFi, and I had to complain several times before they finally gave me a suitable room. It seems that the staff knew about the issues with the rooms, but the overall experience was still very disappointing. Also the food isn't worth the money expended at all.

Belgium. Dishonest management. Whe where charged a lot of things whe did not order. 28 drinks whe did not consume. The only thing this hotel cares about is taking your money. The rooms where dirty, shower was totaly broken. The towels where realy dirty Internet is bad , you are lucky if it works for 5 minutes . You dont expect a palace in this price range but this was a realy bad hotel A friend who travelled with me had to change 3 rooms to have a basic level of room This is a no for me this hotel

SwedenThe noisy atmosphere due to bad noise isolation. The missing of a fridge in the room is catastrophic as Marrakech is a very hot city and the need for cold water is essential.

Breakfast time, we asked a staff member to clean a table for us , the table was left very dirty by the previous people, it was the only table available at the time we were ignored after requesting 4 times for someone to clean it, the service was very poor (just to clarify the breakfast was really good, but needs abit more variety). If you need your clothes ironing, there's no iron available, you have to pay for the service at the hotel. The room that we stayed in had no glasses to drink water or cups, and when we requested again, it was like we were at the 2nd World War. Staff member was rude and with a bad attitude.
Breakfast is very good. And the lady that collected my friends and mine clothes for the ironing service she was really nice ,she didn't speak ingles but she tried to help us as she could.
