I cannot say honestly there was nothing i did not like except the fact i could not stay there and make a life for myself there

From the moment we walked in we were taken care of regardless of our anticipation. Room was amazing breakfast was amazing the whole place was amazing quiet peaceful and relaxing at all times. Staff were readily available to cater for needs regardless of the time. Did not want to leave but destinty has already been written

Beautiful Riad with extremely friendly and helpful staff who organised transfers and worked around their own Eade celebrations to let us stay. The breakfast was delicious and the spa is also lovely and worth a visit.

It feels wrong to say anything about the place. There were a few niggles but nothing that would stop us heading straight back there.

what a treasure this is in the hustle and bustle of the Medina this is an oasis of calm. I will forever remember the event of orange blossom. we stayed in the Berber tent on the first floor which I had booked by mistake. But we thought let’s go for it and so glad we did. It was such fun and something different. it has a superb bed, AC and a sweet bathroom. The staff here are exceptional, so helpful and kind. the location make it perfect for the souks, square and other hot spots and knowing you can come back here to escape the madness is brilliant.

It is perfect - nothing not to like!

There is nothing not to like about this amazing Raid amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. You are 3mins walk from where your adventures start but due to its location it is a quiet haven of relaxation when you return for a rest or freshen up before heading out in the evening. The staff are amazing - -starting with collection from the airport (worth every dirrham) to the warmest of welcomes, their aim is to ensure you have absolutely everything you need to make your stay and experience in Marrakech just the best. They are the nicest people and so friendly and kind!

noise from other guests - we could hear people walking up the stairs and speaking especially when at the lounge/entrance area. one of of the nights we woke up 3x with noise :/ breakfast was great but there could be more variety.

super friendly staff always available to help. cleaned rooms and comfortable beds. location is also good, inside the Medina, and close to some key attractions and 15min from the main square. we felt quite safe while walking around even in the evening. nice rooftop where you can enjoy breakfast.

I spent one night at this Riyad with 20 students. It was a blast. The place is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, the food was beyond exceptional (My students and myself still consider we had the best tajine from our entire trip !). We loved this place and we didn't want to leave. It is a place where we feel we are at home. Thank you so much for welcoming us the way you did. I will definitely come back if I plan another school trip !

Small note, but the hotel was out of wine/beer most of the time but this was a truly minor inconvenience. Prices for the hammam were quite expensive but in line with local prices.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. We felt safe and cared for by all. Breakfast was particularly delicious and the jacuzzi was a highlight.
