Tea and coffee making facilities either in the rooms or in the communal areas would be a welcome addition for guests.

A wonderful peaceful location away from the buzz of Marrakech centre. Beautiful views and warmth of the welcome by all the staff. A great location for lazing around the beautifully kept pool with Cabanas and sunbeds to relax on. 15 mins cab to the Old Town gives this a real 2 centre holiday feel to it.

The hotel is definitely an oasis in a desert of construction that seem to be either worked on or abandoned. As we had no transport we got a bus from the airport then hired a medina based taxi who couldn’t find the property so an hour was wasted driving around and around the area as I had no signal and there was no signage from the main road. We were helped by Lubna to locate the property. Not a nice area to walk in either, about a km off the main road. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak. We ate our evening meals from the menu. Not all items were available and pricing structure needs to be reviewed. Quite expensive for the amount offered but always extremely tasty.

We chose the hotel based on photos of the pool which did not disappoint! New lounger cushions too and very comfortable day beds. A great place to have our meals provided by very polite Abdo. Also Layla and Lubna were extremely helpful. The bed was large and comfortable and the door shutter provided excellent security. There was a huge outside terrace and the property is in beautiful well maintained gardens full of birdsong. Breakfast was delicious and served with fresh orange or carrot juice.

It's quite far away from anything, so you'll need a car or motorbike to get around once you arrive.

Contact with the hotel was really good and fast replies. We had an accident on the day of arrival and Layla and her partner were kind enough to pick us up from the accident site. It was really quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious.

This is not a complaint, but a tip: some of the pricing on the menu seem a bit off. For instance: a wonderful traditional chicken pastille is the same price as an orange with cinnamon. :)

Quiet and very private. The breakfast was good, and the tajines were tasty. Friendly and very helpful staff; providing whatever you need.

Our only slight negative was that we didnt appreciate with the half board that we wouldnt get a choice of evening dinner. This said we liked the vast majority of it so it wasnt really a problem for us.

Fantastic guest house. Staff were amazing from contacting us before we arrived to helping us until the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner went above and beyond in arranging a wonderful afternoon trip for us to see the desert. We had a late flight home and we were given another room to use until we left mid afternoon. The food was brilliant. Such a quiet and safe location. Would definitely recommend. The jacuzzi bath was also a brilliant addition to the room. The bedding felt brand new it was so white and soft!

We booked as all inclusive and on most occasions were provided with a meal of the establishments choosing even if we had requested other options. It felt more like Full Board with no menu choice after day 1. Options limited and repetitive and drinks were not offered freely. Also no alcoholic beverage or snack options provided.
