We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech Republicabsolutely unready, unskilled, useless black receptionist with the glasses: no knowledge, no English, no French, unable to show, advise, say nothing, only smiling do not use even numbers 2,4,6,8.... they have windows into the street, just to the extra shining street lamps, no way to asleep twice a night a very intensive sound of muezzin breakfast is only vegetarian, the salami only the last day breakfast starts at 7.30, but the waiter starts to bring the food or starts to cook tea just before the eight a lot of smokers on the gallery in the evening

United KingdomThe breakfast was a bit underwhelming. You have to get there first thing or a lot of the buffet will be cold. Apart from the nice morrocan style of the main reception the rooms are just like any other basic hotel room.
The staff were nice and it's in an amazing central location. Breakfast included. The rooftop restaurant was very nice, very cheap to grab a mint tea or some pizza there and watch the sun set. Very comfortable beds.

SpainBathroom was awful. Tiny, broken, old, dingy, .... The plus point was it was ensuite. At 6 am you get woken by the mosque and at 730 by the noise of furniture upstairs being rearranged (not sure if it was guests or staff preparing the breakfast.).
Big bold and right next to the gate of the Medina and the cemetery. Great breakfast. Spacious bright room. Helpful staff.
