We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe beach in Martil was full of plastic rubbish. Restaurants in the centre seem like a relict of the 90s. Dont understand the hype about this place whatsoever. This obviously has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Everything was just fine with the booking!
We booked last minute and everything had been arranged very short notice. Communication with owners was quick and easy. The lady who handed over keys was super friendly. However she doesnt speak any English (just bare that in mind if you dont speak Arabic or Spanish - it was of no problem for us). The apartment complex is slightly out of town, and it was a bit tricky to find the right entrance straight away. We were quite happy with the pool which is huge. Stayed for 2 nights only. Apartment was big, clean, modern. Notes in the apartment were helpful too, thank you. Had breakfast at a cafe within the complex. Overall good experience, even though we wouldnt visit again due to the surroundings (vast area with nothing to experience).

United Kingdomthe bedsheets was not very clean, there was some hair in the bedsheets and when i have tried to change them with the ones inside the closet, it was worse as those ones had stains on it.
the apartment was very clean, cosy and well decorated and looked after. we have loved the decorations of the house. the balcony was very nice and the swimming pool too. we have liked that we have found soap, toilet paper etc there as some places does not provide that. we have liked the 2 tv’s and the 2 air con.
