Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFantastic Riad in the heart of the medina but located on a back street so very quiet. Good sized room with great shower and amenities. The breakfast was standout, and remains our favourite from the entire trip. Mohamed was a helpful and friendly manager too.

ItalyWas perfect
We appreciate a lot the modern style and design. Room was small but with every comfort: air conditioning, shelf etc. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly: prepared us breakfast before the scheduled time, booked a very nice hammam, booked a tour in the desert,... Very raccomanded!

GreeceThe water pressure in the shower is low, might be difficult to find as its not on a main street (not relevant to me), the neighbourhood is OK, you have people wandering around offering "help" or trying to sell you "things", but that is something you observe in most of souks. Never felt unsafe or threatened but you might feel you need to be alert (as in all other souks/streets). In a few days you get used to the motorcycles passing in high speed few cm beside you in the narrow streets and the people always trying to sell you things, at ~2-5x times the price. You can bargain/discount that price with tricks such as giving a low final price and then leave the shop, most of the times they run behind telling you: "its ok, you can buy it for that price" :) Highly recommended Riad. It deserves 9+ Highly recommended City, just adjust you expectations and try to embrace the way the city functions.
Very central location, inside the souks, 5 min from the main square, Quiet, calm, clean and refreshing after a day of busy walking around in the loud city center (souks). Excellent traditional breakfast, large quantity and variety! We were 3 adults (family) for 4 nights, the deluxe 4-bed room is large and comfy, the mattresses are comfy too, the bathroom is nice, with always hot water and well equipped! Very friendly personnel, explained everything and was there whenever needed. There is an A/C and a portable heater for the room for the cold nights, works great!

ItalyWe only stayed one night but we happened to get the room close to the stairs to the terrace, it was quite noisy. Works were going on, music played loud in the internal courtyard as well as the doorbell, phone notifications, Bluetooth connecting etc. We were trying to sleep in the afternoon as we were coming back from a long trip. At night it was quiet. Would have preferred a door instead of a curtain dividing bedroom and bathroom.
Nice looking Riad. Nice and clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast.

NetherlandsThe bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, the noise from someone speaking echos into the room, we were woken up at about 7am from the sounds of people talking from upstairs. Breakfast was also a little bit cold.
Very central location, very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Host was also very friendly. We had also booked an excursion for quad biking and camel riding through the host and that was good. Lovely decorations throughout the room and the riad.

BulgariaEverything was perfect. That's probably the only place im Morocco where I didn't have any issues and where nothing disappoints.
That's my second time staying in this riad and it never disappoints. Rooms are freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in Morroco. Location is just perfect, two minutes from the main square. Mohammad is a wonderful host, helped us a lot with printing tickets, with storing luggage, with arranging transfers - all seamless and done within minutes. I'd definately recommend this riad, if you are looking for a chill place with a great hosts :)

PortugalGetting there at night was easy, but you must be aware of the street scammers in Morocco: they try to invent everything to try to scam you, for example when we arrived at night, they tried to block our way to the Riad saying it was not the correct way. Thankfully we already knew these tactics, and had google maps, so we did not have any problem. Don't let this intimidate you, the most authentic way to stay in a Moroccan city is in a Riad in the Medina!
The location was excellent, wight in the centre of the old town, deep in the Medina. The staff was super and the breakfast was really good! This was the best Riad we stayed during our trip.

United KingdomUnpleasant drain smell after using shower. The rooms locked with a padlock provided by the staff, which we were happy with as we obviously had the key. Until one day we came back and it was clear someone had been in our room. But they didn’t give us fresh towels, or empty the bins. They just made the bed. We would’ve felt better if they didn’t come in at all, as all of our belongings had been moved around too.
Plentiful breakfast, Lovely staff, even with slight language barrier, they always had a smile. Great location, everything you need within walking distance. It wasn’t loud even in the centre! Walking back into the riad felt calming after being in the bustling streets. Definitely made use of the air con and grateful to have it!

GermanyThe windows go as usual to the inside and don't have very tense curtains, so you can see inside from the outside. Also, it can be noisy, as the rooms are directly next to the entrance hall and the lounge.
The Riad Green Vines was wonderful. Very beautiful decorated with many plants, a nice rooftop, many places to sit and relax, a big and tasty breakfast and clean and nice rooms with AC, bathroom and enough towels and soaps. The bathroom inside the room was only seperated by a wooden wall, so it's a bit less privacy. The staff is very friendly and willing to give travelling advices. You can also book tours in the hotel.

ChinaThe property is beautiful and well located near the old Medina. The breakfast was spectacular and Abde is an amazing host. He had good tips and recommendations of attractions and places to eat nearby. He was very helpful and always had a smile in his face. On our last day we had to leave really early to catch the train and Abde prepared our breakfast the night before. Thank you for the amazing service my friend!
