My stay at Miranda Tanger hotel was great! The rooms were clean and got cleaned everyday, location was great for one night that it near by airport and the people were amazing! The kitchen staff was nice and helpfull also with making you a personalized breakfast everyday with a smile! The reception was always helpful and I especially want to shine light on Umaima,Mariam,Jamal and Hisham from the reception and the security team who made my stayb worth 5 starts. From our first day she welcomed us with the best service and positive energy! Definitely would come back here

The staff. Hecham, were amazing, helpful. Helped to arrange a taxi to the airport. Was given a late check out due to a late flight out of Tangier. Bed was very, very comfortable. Everything was clean, very nice. Room size was very nice.

United StatesThe staff was rude and unprofessional overall (From the receptionists to the waiter). The comforter was stained, luckily they changed following my request. The pool is called an "Aqua gym" just so that guests pay a fee any time they want to use it. Breakfast was very average with limited choices and tiny portions. The waiter in charge of hotel guests was rude. No soundproofing whatsoever, you could here guests speaking in their rooms from far down the hallway. The balcony had a sliding door that was so hard to open. Absolutely not worth the money! At around $170 per night for a 3 star hotel in the outskirts of Tangier, it's simply outrageous!
Looks like a brand new hotel. The room was spacious enough. Nice and clean shower. Qibla direction was shown to guests in their rooms thanks to a sticker overhead (a nice little detail and the first time I see it in a hotel in Morocco).

United StatesTerrible location as it’s quite far away from any city attractions. To us the very small pool it’s 15 euros per person, which was outrages in already 140 euros for the room per night! The front desk staff was trying very hard to compensate for the hotel shortcomings but a single person can only do so much. The bathroom is not only very small, but the shower head coming out of the ceiling has water directed into the back wall, with very little pressure and very little water coming on a weird angle, the shower is very uncomfortable. Even though the hotel appears to be fairly new, parts of the shower stall are coming off already. The sink took forever to drain the water. Don’t order pizza in the restaurant as comes only halfway cooked. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with specific items for toppings, but my order was totally messed up with different toppings. For breakfast you get one coffee, a refill is already charged and the prices are equal to Frankfurt prices. If you have to stay there, sure, otherwise pick another place as it’s not worth the price they are charging for the night!
The front desk staff tried very hard to compensate for the hotel terrible experience.
