Poor breakfast - very limited and not aligned with the number of stars of this hotel . Feels more like a Youth hostel level breakfast Salads reused / pastries reused / bottle of water reused - does a hotel really have to save on breakfast ?

Off season and during Ramadan only a few rooms looked to be opened and they are in need of some TLC. The bathtub was leaking for example.

The room and hotel was amazing ! The location as well. Very good breakfast and attention. Only issue was check in time since we had to wait for an hour to check in. We had drove 4 hours. Other than that, I greatly recommend this hotel to stay in Al Hoceima more than other hotels. Very nice and accommodating as well as modern

However, there were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast was a bit disappointing; the options were limited, and the quality wasn't great. Additionally, the hotel advertised a pool, but it turned out to be quite far from the hotel itself, which was inconvenient. Lastly, I found the hotel to be a tad overpriced for what it offered.

My stay at this hotel was great! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is right in the city center, so it's easy to get around. The staff were friendly, which made my stay even better.

Tv was not working, lock of balcony door broke but both were quickly fixed by staff. The shower flooded the bathroom as the shower door did not seal at the bottom . No decorations in room but very functional and as mentioned large rooms.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom , fabulous view from top floor of bay . Nice balcony . Very comfy beds , nice front desk staff.

The climate in the room was very bad. Even though it was in winter, the room was extremely hot. I went to the reception to ask for help, because I could not understand why the temperature did not go down with the AC. I thought I did something wrong. The security guy told me someone would be there in 20 minutes, but after 40 minutes still nobody was there. When I called reception this time, they told me the climate system was broken. That was it. No excuses for it, also not for letting me wait 40 minutes for them to NOT come. In the end we turned the AC off and opened the door to the balcony for the night, which did not feel too safe to be honest, we were on the 1st floor. I can understand something is broken, it would not have been a problem if they handled it better.

The hotel is at a great location, with a wonderful view and serves a very good breakfast. No buffet at the time that we were there, but certainly more than enough and tasty on a personal tray. The room was spacious, but a little rundown. With replacements of some lamps, furniture and carpets it should be great again, the basic quality of the room (bed, floors, walls, etc.) is very good. The staff was very friendly, but in one case not very professional, see below.

The hotel does not have a pool, I learned by pure coincidence that there is a pool in a hotel nearby that the two hotels share apprently; maybe if guests are informed about this and that access cards are granted automatically upon arriving would make the stay even cooler!

What a great stay: the hotel has the loveliest service, which is very understandable seeing how Al hoceima people are great/helpful/trustworthy and keen to help. My room was amazing (very comfy, spacious, and clean), the view from the restaurant on the beach is majestic, the bar was a cute addition (listening to old songs of dalida and brel while sitting a terrasse with the same view as the restaurant)...also very nice breakfast served with a smile... Honestly can't wait to come back!

The view is really wonderful, one of the best one can see in Morocco and even worldwide. The staff is really very nice and helpful (Ezzedine, Mehdi, Nawfal, Salim, etc. Don't want to forget anyone). The hotel is excellently located, just up the bay where you can go within minutes. It's not also far from other beaches and landmark locations in Hoceima. I loved this city, both peaceful and with real identity and spirit. An excellent value for money ratio in my opinion...

The hotel is great and the location great. I booked a suite room for me and a suite room for my parents. Unfortunately the shower head was broken. I changed the room but unfortunately the bed was also broken. I had a lot of back pain. The shower door does not close properly, causing the bathroom to become quite wet. I didn't expect this, especially suite room.

The location and view is great and clean. The restaurant servers are very nice! This city is one of the most beautiful cities!
