My biggest complaint was the restaurant aspect of the hotel. I sat in the main area for hours and was not asked if I wanted to order anything not even a drink. So I can’t imagine if you’d ever get served if you were sat on the terrace or spa area. This could be the time of year I went but as a guest it just made my time more difficult as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving by myself. Just felt like I couldn’t enjoy the hotel spaces as much as I would’ve liked considering how stunning it is.

It’s a stunning Riad and the beds are incredibly comfortable! The location is fantastic it made it so easy for me during my stay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast brought up to my room was a nice touch! Was given complimentary drinks on occasion too.

Youssef was wonderful, very welcoming and excellent service, the room was nice and warm despite us going in February thanks to the AC that doubles as a heater, the beds were also very comfortable, the terrace views are beautiful, the place is clean, the riad interior is even more beautiful in person, it was very close walking distance to the Medina, and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if your staying in Fes.

Staff couldn’t do more for us, so kind and friendly. Location is walkable and perfect to blue gate and lovely cafes nearby eg ruined garden and cafe fes The staff booked us a hamman spa which was amazing. Room was lovely and big and clean. Would definitely stay again, the breakfast was also delicious each morning on the rooftop!

Easy to find, everybody working there treated you like Family. Especially Mohammed helped us with everything we needed. The Riad itself is really beautiful and the breakfast was also very good.

Need outlet near the bed. Perhaps a small charging devise. I had to unplug the reading lamp.

Beautiful room. We stayed in the best superior room. If you like charm with traditional local decor this is perfect. It was my birthday, they left us welcome cookies and tea and later they came with a cake with lit candle and sang some version of happy birthday. It made me emotional.

The water was sometimes cold in the mornings, which was a bit hard in the winter! But other than that everything was very comfortable and we had no issues!

Everything was lovely, starting from staff members to food, spa facilities etc. Lovely hotel. I hope to come back some day. Cannot comment on the location because we only spent the night here before leaving early morning for a Sahara trip, and we previously stayed closer to the old town in Fes. Potentially it could be a little out of the way for attractions, but taxi is cheap. Special thanks to Youssef from the reception (I hope I remembered the name correctly), what a lovely person and intelligent young man. All the best of luck to him.

No complaints, everything was wonderful.

Exceeded our expectations! Amazing location and felt very safe being in the area at all hours. The staff was extremely helpful, always making sure we were taken care of. They helped us with taxis, shipping and any questions we had. Mohammad and Youseff were great and the breakfast crew was very kind. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight.

Only drawback was the pillow which was hard for my liking but I’m sure they would have provided another if I had asked.

A classical riad with beautiful wood work, painted ceilings, marble floors, etc. well renovated and maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is high enough to offer good views of the old city and its surroundings; a perfect place to watch the sun rise and have breakfast! There is parking space available within walking distance; which parking is easily reached when coming from outside of town. But the best for me was the welcome and warmth of the whole staff. They were available at all times to help on every detail of our stay and made us really feel at home. To sum up, we had a very enjoyable stay!

I found no faults with this property. I highly recommend.

This is a great Riad to stay at. Just inside the old city it was easy to find and an ideal location for us. The staff were as good as you could find in any hotel. Very welcoming, accomodating and eager to make sure we had a great stay. With a touch o& luxury about their attitude. The rooms were large with great facilities, very clean and cleaned to a high standard daily. There is a wide range of facilities including spa facilities if you are that way inclined. I highly recommend this accomodation.

The staff made our stay an absolute dream. You can see from the photos how beautiful it is but the staff took a stunning hotel and made it into an unforgettable experience. Breakfasts and dinners on the roof terrace were highlights for sure.

The elevator was very small and hot inside, and we got stuck at one point which was scary, so we tried to take the stairs unless we had to get to the rooftop for breakfast.

There was a mix up with our room on arrival but fortunately we were upgraded to the deluxe so that’s why my scores are high here. Breakfast had a good variety and the terrace views fabulous. The location is quiet and at the edge of the medina. The pool was very refreshing on hot days. The staff are helpful in every way.
