As it’s such a lovely place, I think breakfast should have included home made jams, real honey and fresh butter - and some local Amlou - instead of industrial mini packets. That was a shame.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room (Nejma) was perfect, overlooking our private terrace where we could lounge, drink and eat. The staff were without exception friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location - and its wonderful pool - in the town centre was perfect. It was a haven in all senses. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to aid our stay. With breakfast on our terrace and sun loungers and towels at the pool. We also needed a print out of our boarding passes after we had checked out which wasn't a problem at all for the reception.

The bathroom in the Nejma room require some renovation. But really I am still rating the overall experience as 10*.

The pool area, private terraces and common areas were amazing and authentic. If you want to have the biggest terrace with sun since morning until evening, go for the Nejma room. This is the cheapest option but we wouldn’t like to have any other room just because of this terrace.

Minor, but bottled water was provided in the fridge. we had assumed this was complimentary but was later charged for it. This should be made more obvious.

The rooms were large and beautiful and the service 5*, the experience was special and unique and the staff did everything to make our stay special including surprising us with some flowers to celebrate our engagement. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Marrakesh.

All the staff at the property were absolutely delightful. this included the management/reception team but also the waiting staff and house keeping. Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they went out of their way to be helpful! It was a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina but in an excellent location. We ate in the restaurant most nights during our stay including the New Years Eve meal which was a fantastic night!

Such beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. It is located on a lovely street with perfect access to everywhere. Absolutely beautiful with a fabulous team!

There were a few customers service/administrative things that were a bit hit or miss.

Everywhere you go in the hotel is beautiful. The location is very good, nearly anywhere you could go in Marrakech is within 10 minutes walking. Housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly.
