The hotel is located in the heart of the medina and the host is just incredibly nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this place for everything (breakfast, pool, food, hammam, etc, etc...)

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The riad is beautiful. Has a nice outdoor central area to enjoy meals, have a cup of coffee or tea, or relax by the pool.

Very nice welcome. Very nice staff. Room was spacious. Location great, in the medina near the blue gate. Breakfast was great. They arrange everything you need. Taxi, printing boarding passes, show you the interesting places.

Some of the facilities could use a little refresh.

Amazing staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Exceptional service. The location is in the heart of the medina, but is very quiet and it feels like an oasis when you enter the courtyard of the riad. Breakfast is very good and we had dinner there one evening, which was delicious. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are a great group of people who truly make the stay enjoyable.

Nothing every thing was perfect

Everything is at that location. The spa was amazing The lady took such great care of us and we felt so pampered. My hair and skin has never been the same since just so much improved. And the guys that are overseeing you as soon as you walk in the door are so kind so thoughtful. They worked really hard at making sure you’re comfortable and safe. I got really sick from food poisoning and they took really good care of me. Highly recommend and hope to return one day.

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, great location. They couldn't offer a laundry service, but a hotel employee took us to the laundry shop near the hotel. We paid 100 dirham and got our 5-day basic laundry cleaned and folded..

Beautiful and comfortable place, the staff has been super friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them. Everything was perfect from top to bottom! The location is great, just a couple minutes walk from the parking lot (there's also a direct door to the parking but we still went through the medina). It's very convenient to be close to the east entrance to the medina, as it's also where shops and restaurants are opened the whole evening, when downtown starts closing.

Front of house staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They spent time with us and helped us navigate the medina with a map and plenty of tips. Excellent service.

The bathroom has a glass door that make the light of pass to the room, there were an only closet at the room that was smelled like mold and we couldn’t put our things in this closet because of the smelll, but fortunately we could change to another room.

The Riad staff was really nice and try to accommodate all our wishes, the breakfast was really good, the hammam was was really wonderful.

Rooms are modern but too small.

Staff is very helpful. The Location is great- just nearby the carpark so we don’t have to drag our luggage in the narrow streets. The riad location is just along the Main Street and it is only 10 mins to the blue gate.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and informative about fes. Breakfast every day was very good. The location was also very good close to the blue gate but with a car park on the back so you can get a taxi right there. Wifi was also really good we were able to work remotely from the courtyard.

Wonderful place to stay in Fes. Easy access to the Medina area and most importantly parking is just next door. Overnight parking is only €5. Wonderful staffs especially Hasan who is very helpful with the places to visit and navigate within Medina area. Will definitely stay here again.

In rooms in Morocco, slippers are not provided (and the ones that were provided had been used). The bathroom was a bit old, but that wasn’t a big issue either.

The riad's garden and entrance were beautifully designed in a traditional style, offering a peaceful spot to relax for hours. We booked a triple room, which was of average size, though the bedroom area felt a bit small (not a major issue). While the hotel had an older charm, it was lovely overall, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. By the way, the hotel is located near a parking area, which is why I chose it—so I wouldn’t spend hours searching for it in the streets of Fez Medina.
