Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe beds were very firm, although I must say most beds on our Moroccan trip were, so maybe it’s a thing there.
It was a beautiful property in an amazing location.

GermanyLocation of the Riad is excellent sitting on top of a small hill overlooking the village. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area and common space are decorated to create a tranquil and authentic atmosphere. Our room lacked a proper level of cleanliness. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. This accomodation is definitely a good choice in Ait Benhaddou.

GermanyVery nicely built in adobe and old style new building at the very edge of the new village. View of the hill with the old village of Ben Haddou. About a 10 minute walk to get there. This is a main tourist destination but totally worth it. We were nevertheless happy to be a bit outside. The riad deserves its name. Kind service. Very nice room with a view: the so-called tower room. Absolutely worthwhile: a trip to the half-ruined Kasbah in Telouét.

GermanyAll was perfect
Best Riad on our trip, hands down. Everything is clean, quiet and beautiful. The food is great and Hammid & his mates are lovely people. Helped me shop for water, drove with me to an ATM to get local currency, answered all of our questions and are basically available 24/7. We especially liked that we got to meet other travellers in the common area. Also safe parking inside for the motorcycle which is cool. Shower had solid pressure and warm water which as it turns out is a rarity in Morroco. The Riad right outside the chaos of Fes, so it is super quiet but close enough for all the attractions. Also fast wifi (20+mbps) We'll be back :)

United KingdomThe Riad is a genuine oasis in the scorching pan that is Ait Benhaddou. Truly incredible views over the surrounding landscape, a nice swimming pool, and plenty of opportunities for star gazing. Staff welcoming and friendly. Has a really quirky feel to it and the dinner was nice as well.

GermanyThe food especially was very good and the night sky you can get here is truly amazing. There are many lounge chairs on which you can take a rest and enjoy the atmosphere. Behind the riad is a little mountain which you can hike up to over a trail behind the house, which gives you a wonderful view over the valley.

BulgariaSafe, clean ryad with beautiful Moroccan decoration. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom with tones of hot water. Very good supper and breakfast. Good WIFI signal. Excellent grounds, real paradise. Friendly staff. The ryad itself is outside of the dusty town. I guess it's a walkable distance to Ksar Ait Benhaddou, but it's much more preferable if you have your own transport. Great value for money, do not hesitate to book there - one of the best ryads during our 3 weeks journey to Morocco.

All servicies exeptionel, friendly people, open to small corrections of our stay. Despite huge snow fall during our stay which did not allow us to visit AitBin they keep us thinking that better times would come soon. So we left for Warzazat where we faced all road closed until melting. We - form Poland, with other friendly people from France callled themselves refugees, spent 48 h waiting for melt. So it came but not at direction od Marrak, but leading to Agadir. So thank to friendly girls from Allegro Agadir, we cancelled for free and drove 750 km loop to Marrak. to avoid payment for not showing. After arrival we extended car rental and despite everything, drove back to Agadir to keep the schedule. We started at 5 am next day and soon got to the hidden beach 50 min drive from Agad. There the local fisher prepared for us grilled macrela 5 min after getting them from the net. This will be always unforgettable. So concluding: Thanks to booking com I was able in only 2 min to find additonal location to wait to snow melt in Warzazat. The rest led me to change the plan but.......in its better version. Thank you all friendly people in the Paradise of Silense. All of them are friendly of course. Best regards for them...Eligiusz and family

ItalyAll the other rooms in the riad seemed to be bigger than ours.
This riad really is the paradise of silence! Very quiet location with a beautiful outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sunset (and also the pool in the warmer months). We had a very good homemade dinner, breakfast was really tasty as well with very fresh products. They have a beautiful indoor common area to read a book and chill.

United KingdomWe arrived in. midst of largest rain storm they had for many years in this region which caused flooding, road closures and power failure. Despite this the staff at this charming Riad took good care of us and fed us fantastic food. There is a really great communal area with fireplace and games, and views of Ait Benhaddou the next morning when rain stopped were spectacular. A gem of a place to stay in this area.
