Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great, just sometimes can be noisy outside in the summer the whole night
It’s right near all facilities and not far from the beach. Very nice spot for a family vacation

My main issue was that the properties had no AC, which I unfortunately failed to notice when I booked. We did open the window at night but it could get quiet noisy, which isn't ideal when you have a child. I found that there was no 'reception' area, as such, to get a fan as the 'shop/reception' next door didn't open till late afternoon. Ideally, I think some other basic essentials could be added to the properties like salt and sugar.
I booked 3 apartments for 12 people and all 3 apartments were superb. They were clean, comfortable and had basics like a fridge. The ground floor flat was the most loveliest as it was more modern and had a nice large open plan kitchen living area which was nice for our large family to gather in the evening. We loved the balcony very much. Yunus replied to my questions fast and was overall helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

Would be nice if there were some more things in the kitchen: more cutlery, glasses, and plates.

The location was not accurate and it was a bit challenge to find the place. The owner speaks English, so better contact him directly, not the concierge.
The place is placed near both the beach and the city center. There is enough room for 4 or even 5 guests.

Would be great if the apartment has an air conditioner especially on hot weather. It was a bit noisy at night.
We liked The location, it was crowded at night and very animated. Our Teens enjoyed staying longer alone because it was safe outside. Clean.

The stairs could be a problem for older persons if you dont live on the first or second floor.
We spent 3 nights here. Very nice place. Clean and cozy. Great location. The basic hygien articles are provided. Washing machine is a big plus.

I recently stayed at this amazing apartment and I loved it! It was super clean and had everything I needed like a fully-equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, and stylish decor. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and local shops and restaurants. The hosts were also very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay

Ali was very helpful with our stay, assisted with parking which was very busy during the summertime. The time of year was very warm and the smaller room with two single beds would have benefitted from having a plug socket, so that we could connect the fan that was provided, as it was too warm to sleep in, but other than that it was a very neat and tidy apartment. great stay!!
