Really nice receptionist, the hostel itself is perfectly located, in a nice quiet area. The staff are helpful, and the rooftop was especially nice.

I thought there would be more extensive food service given the advertisement. But only a very light continental breakfast. Had I known, I would have paid the lower rate. Getting there/Walking around the area: The old Medina itself is a bit too rugged for me; Marrakech probably can afford to invest in signage and to smooth out some of the Medina's pathways without ruining its mystique and uniquely traditional character.

The old Medina requires some time to adjust to its ruggedness! But one adjusts.

Strong sense of security there in the riad itself. Zak watched over everybody. Reliable, helpful staff. Rooftop space to work on my laptop. Sunlight!

The AC could be better, the weather was good so it wasn't an issue for me.

Amazing place to socialize, i loved the terrace. The common area has a retractable roof which makes the entire hostel well ventilated. If you are a digital nomad they have very good chairs and tables comfortable to work long hours.

I was planning to stay only 2 nights . But I ended up staying for 5 nights. There is a small pool in the hostel. Also nice breakfast.

We stayed in a private room and the WiFi was SO bad- to the point that we essentially didn’t have any at all. Huge down side to this place, not sure if maybe we just got unlucky.

Loved the location! Super close to Jemaa el-Fna but on a street that felt local. Very walkable to everything we wanted to do. the staff stayed up late to greet us when our flight was delayed. We stayed in a private queen room and it was comfortable- air conditioning worked great and bathroom was clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kasbah Red Castel Hostel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Airport transfer worked without any problems. One morning I tried the breakfast wish was very good for the cheap price. The AC helped to sleep during hot outside temperatures. I can totally recommend this accommodation.

Staff were great! Friendly and super helpful! Beds were comfortable, facilities were great given the price, and breakfast was tasty and filling. Despite 10 person rooms, guests were all very respectful of their fellow room mates and staff politely ensured that people were not loud in common rooms after midnight. Thanks Zaq and Adil for all your help during my stay!

The hotel is quiet and clean and even the staff are ready to help at any time as they have a transfer from the airport for the hotel anytime you want several trips for Sahara and Essaouira and water waterfalls increase and I have been here in the hotel several times and I will return as it is close to the big square and close to restaurants and there in the surface turtles bathrooms clean everything is available I give it 10/10

I loved the location- Kasbah is my favorite neighborhood, it was clean, cozy, safe and affordable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is also good for the price.

I think that the personal was a little mean, but not too much maybe they were tired or I don't know.

The hostel wasn't too far away from the main plaza, and also not too far away from the airport which is very helpful. The hostel has 3 levels which you can explore and relax.
