Our room faced the main street and so we had traffic noise all night. Manageable, but I'll be asking for a room away from the street next time.

The Red Hotel is essentially right outside the Fes train station. It's reasonably close to eating places, and we found a good one. (Though some are fairly down-market.) Comfortable inside the room. Nice bathroom and shower.

They took too long for check-in and check-out. Also, they didn't have trolley for luggage and we had to pull all our luggage.

Location was great (outside of medina) and rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent.

I didn’t like that we were in the other side of the hotel. Was a bit of a walk from the main entrance. Could be cleaner as I saw a small cockroach in our room

Drilling noise from late afternoon and on a Sunday morning 9am. We weren't advised re building works otherwise I wouldn't have booked. Come for a relaxing time not to hear building works

No creamer or milk supplied with tea/ coffee making facility. Entrance for Red Hotel not signed...or we didn't notice one..now through Opera Plaza on different road..entrance being refurbished. We actually walked up and down looking for the entrance. Checkin poor...under staffed and could be easily missed. No grand Reception desk..looked very makeshift

Great pool & lounging facilities, super breakfast at poolside. Lovely modernised room and bathroom, Kettle with tea/ coffee. Nice balcony area

Everything's fine

nice hotel, renovated rooms, spacious, clean, nice staff, good breakfasts, despite the fact that on the first day we did not receive a room that met our standard (no balcony, view of the construction site), after reporting a complaint at the reception, on the next day we were moved without any problems to a room with the standard we ordered, although the first room was also without any reservations as to cleanliness and size, good location.

The hotel is centrally located at the center of the city just opposite the train station. The swimming pool and facilities were excellent. It's actually two interconnected hotels with the same management and entrance. All the main attractions are 5-8 minutes away.

Staff were great!! RADOUANE did a great job got to say very friendly and helped me with my Arabic. Hamza pool guy was excellent aswel and staff helped with any issues if I did have one.

Not easy to get a table outside during breakfast. The steak at the restaurant is served without chips or patatoes.

1. Room service did not work 2. The introduction when checking in, the staff gave us no details about the hotel other than the breakfast timing, and so we had to find out a lot by ourselves or from asking. Also no details about the city, what to explore etc.

Loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the pool, and the breakfast was amazing. The size of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was great. The location is just opposite a train station and a bunch of restaurants!

It is my third time in the Red Hotel, this time we had fresh renovated room, it was excellent. We loved the room, it is new, very clean, calm and stylish. The staff is very friendly and professional, they are super nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, we always go here also because it is just in front of the gare station and not far from the airport. We tried the restaurant in the hotel, the food was great. The pool is also nice and helps when the weather is hot. So happy to have chosen the red hotel again! We will come back! Thank you very much!!

Great location by the train station, staff speak multiple languages and superb breakfast. Great pool area which is perfect for adults and kids. Stayed here 10 years ago and returned again- a great hotel in Marrakesh

Unfortunately this time the toilet was leaking and making noises all night And the room was to far as I had children and I did ask for something close to downstairs

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working correctly. It was 45 degrees outside and we did require the air conditioning to work. It worked only a little, but it would not make the room colder then 25 degrees. A fan was given but it didn't help so much. I do believe many guests had this issue also. I would advise to check the room air conditioning before signing anything, especially in the summer. Also the gym is really small, it has 2 machines!

Staff are friendly and prompt with any requests. It was a pleasant stay apart from the 1 issue.
