Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff are so friendly & helpful. From the minute we arrived at Relax Hotel we was looked after exceptionally. This started with the security outside before even entering. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here in the last 2 months. I chose to stay here because I knew what to expect & I could leave my vehicle safely outside. Maoura on reception was lovely & I recognised her from my last visit. Ibrahim who works the restaurant & bar remembered me & even remembered exactly what I'd said to him when I was last there. He worked hard to attend to everyone there, but still managed to make us feel welcome & 'relaxed'. I enjoy staying here as all of the staff are so lovely & accommodating. I intend to stay here again whenever I'm passing through. It's not far off the main motorway heading south (or north) which makes it a great resting point.

I recently stayed at Hotel RELAX and couldn't be more impressed with the experience. It was the perfect way to start my day. ✨ Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless throughout, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. 🌟 Overall: The relaxing ambiance, attention to detail, and top-notch service truly set Hotel RELAX apart. Location is great for me, just outside the city center to avoid heavy traffic going to work. Near the shopping center and Marjane supermarket. Plenty of parking spots. The hotel is clean, good breakfast. Staff is really friendly, polite and always available for support.

A good, comfy, clean hotel with nice staff. Location tho is a busy retail and trade estate that gets quite busy at night. Inside the hotel tho is very quiet and relaxing. Great for an overnight if you're heading up to Tangier for the boat to Spain.
