We had a wonderful stay at Riad 22! The service from Badr was absolutely excellent—he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The shower was warm and refreshing, adding to the overall comfort. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the busy streets of the medina, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful rooms. Riad is very clise to the souks - great walking through the souks to the main square. Our stay was made exceptional by the friendliness amd kindness of the manager Badr who was so helpful, caring and informative. We would highly recommend this riad and intend to return in the Summer.

I did not like: the rooms have no windows so it is a little bit dark and gloomily.

I like the location,very close to the main attractions,quiet area,very nice staff,lovely breakfast! The property manager Badr,was very helpful and welcoming,we appriciated the breakfast he made for us when we had to depart very early. Nothing, it was great.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We were welcomed upon arrival, with tea and cake. The manager was incredibly hospitable along with his staff. We were greeted with breakfast each morning, shown the way to the markets and square and taxis organised for us. He spoke with some of the tours we booked to confirm everything was ok and on time and organised a surprise cake for our friend’s birthday. A wonderful, clean and accommodating stay. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return.

The shower fluctuates from cold and hot but this is very minor.

Perfect location, 20-Minutes from the main square, a few minutes away from the market entrance to the souks. 30seconds away from most excursions meeting point. The room was cozy, beds were comfy and were cleaned daily. Had a nice rooftop to embrace some sun. The best part of this Riad was the hospitality - The manager was fantastic and always available. He made us plenty of Moroccan Tea during our stay at any time we requested, free. The Madame’s made us a lovely traditional Moroccan breakfast every morning. Perfect stay. Thank you.

Stunning Riad! We stayed at a beautiful, spacious and comfortable room - perfect for three people. The terrace is perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Great price, place and location. Bachir went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even helped and supported us with an incident my mom had. The breakfast cooked every morning by the Madame is absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Warm welcome, the staff was very accommodating. The Riad is beautiful, small but cosy rooms. Breakfast was pleantifull, love the msemen. The staff was king enough to help us find a bag we forgot in the taxi. We had a wonderdul stay.

Beautiful Riad in a good location. Close to the souks but also not far from Jardin Majorelle etc. Lovely breakfast. Outside space really great and everything was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic visit.

The place is not reachable by taxi is in a view very seclude and not so easy to find moreover the street is very tight and cannot be accessed by a taxi, anyway the taxi could live you 10 maters away and with a few steps (less than 5 minutes) you get into the Riad - I suggest to arrange the taxi with the Hotel - . I suggest to put some indication, the place is bearable visible. The place is almost 40 minutes away (foot) from Jemaa el-Fnaa if you take the souk way, 30 minute if you get the street where cars are allowed.

The Riad is a very quite place, is not so big but it is ok, you can breath a family atmosphere and it is very quite i a very quite position. The swimming pool is wonderful (of course you cannot swim it is only decorative), The terrace is very nice and you can have a relax in a typic Moroccan environment. The breakfast is a typic marocain one's and it good and keep you fine for the day.
