Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThis is a very affordable option, value for money was spot on so no negative comments.
This was such a lovely stay. The riad is inside a tourist village (village touristique) which is outside of the medina walls. It was about a 5-10 minute walk into the souks. The area inside the village has a pool and many facilities like small cafes, restaurants, barbers, shops etc. It also has a gate which you have to report to when you arrive. Our host came to collect us and showed us where we were staying, and after this it was really easy to find. The riad is smaller with only 3 rooms. It was very comfy and had everything we needed. The main highlight was the host. They were absolutely lovely and cooked beautiful and delicious food for us (all inclusive option). Please note that this option includes all 3 meals with water, tea, and juice & coffee served at breakfast. There was plenty of water provided, but this isn’t a European version of all inclusive, but it didn’t matter. The host asked what time we wanted meals, so they are prepared according to the guests staying. Overall this was perfect and a very peaceful place. Outside of the medina meant it was quiet, but very easy to get inside. Would highly recommend.

NetherlandsThe Riad was cold, the window did not close at night. The shower was broken and it flooded the entire bathroom every time. I found the room extremely dirty, including the bedsheets stained with blood and the covers which were not clean. The doors were also very thin so you could hear people snoring in other rooms. Overall, very dirty. The staff sleeping in the living room couch was also disturbing.
The location was ok, decent enough to be close to the town center by foot

SpainClose enough to walk to the old city medina and the souk, but nice also to get away from it! A well-kept, secure complex with a good mix of both natives and tourists - as the latter, good to be immersed in everyday life. Some little eateries and basic supermarkets within the grounds, nothing fancy but good value for money. Pools are clean, grounds well-tended. Our hosts, Amina and her husband, an absolutely lovely couple. The riad itself is quiet, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. We'd stay here again.

IrelandNow that i look through the listing... it is what it says - riad plus pool. However, i had a mixed feeling arriving at this place, so, perhaps could pay other travellers attention to exact details of the accomodation. Arriving at a place it did feel like a false advertising, because - if you look at their first pictures - it has big pool, big buildings and many reviews aasurring that there are shops (so a good area). And i am from Europe so not exactly my fault not understsnding that a building in the picture is a big mosque in tge centre of some sort of touristic village as per google maps. In fact, the riad - which was not a hotel was only in that gated territory - where drive cars and other vehicles - so I have to attend my children at all times and walk with them to gated pool complex - which is fence gated from other buildings (and not where I would have imagined I would have direct access to as per picture advertising). Also - there are low cost I suppose cafes and small supermarkets within this gated complex - but within walking distance was the worst area I attended ever in my 15 years of travelling. It was full of smog, exhaust pipes and inhabitants zooming around in their scooters every 2 sec. I was scared. Let alone I was eith 7 and 9 year olds. It was more like...erm...exerience.
I was travelling with small children so it was important to get breakfast and dinner. It was almost like a private catering, very friendly hosts.

United Kingdoma lovely couple who hosted us at the hotel. They were amazing, they showed us around the facility, showed us everything, and made us breakfast in the morning, which was delicious... they even helped us print our boarding pass at the end... very good contact, the room was clean and tidy, towels in the room and shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.. there are shops, a swimming pool and restaurants on the complex, 15/20 minutes walk to the center, very good location and peace and quiet... I recommend it to anyone who appreciates hosts with good contact

The Riad is in a gated secured complex outside the medina when u come through the main gates take the first left and head for the row of shops and cafe’s (fair price in shops and cafe’s) at the end cafe MARHABA to the lefthand side of the cafe is an alleyway the Riad is number 75 on the right (no name) The complex has a great shared swimming pool about 150m from the accommodation past the mosque you require a card to get in. ( supplied by the host ) The Riad has three rooms with a kitchen and lounge area on the bottom floor with great Wi-Fi. The Riad was very clean and it was easy to find the host’s they were in the cafe, I have already booked another night on my return journey back to Marrakesh. The host’s are very kind and welcoming.
