Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The room and breakfast were really good, the location was perfect, a few minutes from Jemaa el Fnaa square. But the best thing about this Riad is the staff who were so kind. Really enjoyed my stay here.

BelgiumThe room and the entire riad are very pretty. It is located very well next to the busy Jemaa El Fna square and it feels like you enter an oasis of rest when you arrive there after a day in the busy streets of Marrakesh. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe only negatives were that at night it could get a little noisy because of how close it was to the square. But we wore earplugs and were able to sleep just fine.
Here's what I loved about it - It was right outside of the main square, so it was an easy access point while shopping and doing other things near there. The staff was really courteous and nice and we really enjoyed them. My wife was looking for something that we couldn't seem to find at any shops, and a staff member volunteered to run to a shop to pick it up for us. This was the kind of service we got there. The breakfast was not the best we had, but was decent. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again.

PortugalThe water pressure from the shower on the last floor could be better. Nonetheless, by all means, that did not spoil our stay.
We had an excellent stay at Riad Andalla. From the get-go we were warmly greeted by Karim and his staff, which were extremely helpful, and kind. The place is clean, organized, nicely decorated, and only 2 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square. It has a beautiful rooftop with a view to the square, where you can just chill out enjoying a glass of Marrocan wine or beer. It's a must to have dinner there at least once ( it must be ordered in advance) We hope to come back again soon, and thanks for the great hospitality.

AustriaThe tab over the washbasin was so long that your face could not be kept over the basin and water was all over. Does not concern the hotel: the many noisy motor-bikes driving through the super narrow crowded alleys of the souks are really annoying. Plus they pollute the air horribly.
The location near the big square was in convenient walking distance to all sights. The staff, especiall Abdul was extremely helpful and kind. Great view of Jemmna al fna ( main ssquare) from roof terrace. We were there in January, so mornings and evenings were chilly, the AC provided warmth.

United KingdomNo particular amenities within the room, but not really a big deal. Can get noisy.
It's a beautiful and very clean Riad located within less than 5 minutes walk to the square. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are what really shine in this place, especially Karim. Cosy beds and they will help you book tours at the reception. You can also book a spa/Hamam/massage. The food at the riad is better than what we tried in the neighbourhood. Note when you arrive you there is a door/gate to which you will need to press the bell so someone can come out and open, i presume this is for security.

PortugalWe had the best time in Riad Andalla, everything exceed our expectations, we travel with our 4years son and our 7months daughter and all the staff were incredible with them, our room was the cutest and everything was super clean. The breakfast also another top of the list, seriously, we only have good things to say, it is possible also to dinner in the Riad, and the view from jemma al fna is just amazing, the Riad is 2 minutes from jemma al fna. Everyone is super helpful with everything, booking a taxi, booking a guide, any tour around, so it is possible to do everything from there. We were really sad to leave. A special thanks to Karim, Abdel and Jamal ( i hope i´m writing the names correct :)) Thank you Valerie, her daughter and husband, we had the time of our lives, for sure we will came back again.
