The room walls are not super soundproof so you can hear a lot of what's happening in the halls or pool.

Gorgeous clean Riad with the organization and the service of a high level hotel! The staff are absolute stars: Leila, Abdullah, Mohammed, Othmane, Charifa and everyone else who was so kind and helpful during our stay. I raved to my family and friend about the Riad and its staff and recommend it!

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. All special requests were catered to! Just book it, excellent location and lovely facilities. I loved our daily breakfast omelettes and the 24 hour reception. Great stay, we really enjoyed it. Personalised service and ready to always help guests. 11/10 for the smiling staff :) on the location is perfect in every way, close to everything - the attractions, the airport bus and the best hammams. My friend requested food late one night and they were happy to accommodate his request. The massages were also fantastic. I liked the welcome sweets and tea as well. Mohammed on the rooftop while serving breakfast provided excellent service and reception ladies were always lovely as well

There was a small child that liked to be very loud at 7am and the staff dealt with this promptly and professionally.

Look no further, this is the perfect place in Marrakech. The Riad is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The entire staff, Laila, Abdellah, Muhammed and everyone were completely amazing. Location is perfect to walk quickly to the Medina. AC is excellent by American standards. Do the Riad's Hammam and spa, great couples relaxation day. Breakfast is good and the staff will make anything you'd like on request. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and we will absolutely be back!

There is no lift but staff were very helpful with our bags. If you can’t mange stairs, you wouldn’t be able to get to the rooftop for breakfast.

Lovely staff and excellent modern facilities while maintaining the charm of a classic riad. Very clean. We booked a suite, which was large and very comfortable. Great location in a quiet lane in the medina.

All was superb, the welcoming, the friendly atmosphere, staff, reception and hospitality, big pool, all amenities, nice fresh breakfast on the rooftop, very helpful receptionists, guiding us and providing lots of information and making us feel right at home. Coffee tea and water complimentary. Just a great place.

The staff were amazing from start to finish beginning with a very warm welcome and some Morrocan tea to help us settle in. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were new and clean with fresh towels and toiletries daily. The location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa but also very quiet.

Our stay at Riad Atlas Palace was exceptional. Located in the bustling Medina, it’s a peaceful retreat. From our arrival, we felt warmly welcomed by Leila, Khadija, and Sharifa’s attentive service. The Riad, with its hand-painted decor and impeccable cleanliness, impressed us. Daily room upkeep, including fresh towels and restocked beauty products, was a nice touch. Abdullah’s help with SIM cards was invaluable. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of options and excellent espressos. The smooth airport transfer and memorable trip to Ouarzazate with driver Hossam were highlights. The Riad offers exciting excursions and a relaxing hammam experience. Yassine efficiently handled our luggage, and Said was reassuringly available late at night. In summary, Riad Atlas Palace offers outstanding service, a beautiful setting, and a prime location. It’s a fantastic choice for a Marrakech visit.

Excellent, beautiful place to stay in Marrakech. Clean large rooms, staff were amazing treated us like family. Always offering to help and so friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was superb really tasty and wide selection. Would definitely recommend will always stay here if we visit Marrakech again. It was a pleasure to meet all the staff, made our holiday very enjoyable 🙂.Thank you.
