Was a bit hard without daily light as there are no windows in the room. The windows are facing courtyard so no natural light inside the room.

- Píllows were high but they swap as soon as i mention; - The only thing for me that they could improve would be to add eggs on the breakfast. But still there’s cheese, cakes, bread, yogurt and fruits

Location was just a few minutes walk from the souks, perfect to explore! Breakfast each morning was incredible. We arrived late but were collected by Riad transfer and prebooked tea which was delicious. A great experience

There is no pool but we knew that before we booked. It’s a nice to have but wouldn’t put me off staying there again.

The staff were amazing! They couldn’t have done enough for us. They looked after my partner when he was sick for one day - brining mint tea and making sure he had everything he needed. The decor is stunning and the riad is very peaceful and quiet as it’s down a back street. We found others to be very noisy so this was a haven. The rooms are great and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious and very generous! We didn’t book any meals or spa treatments so I can’t comment on that but judging by everything else I’m sure they would’ve been brilliant too.

The property was exceptionally clean and quiet - It’s location was also great because it is only a short walking distance to the Souks. I would defy stay there again. Also they can arrange travel to and from the Airport.

The only problem was the noise from my the scooters parked outside, and they woke us up in the middle of night and early morning, but that is not the Riad’s fault.

The best customer service i ever received! I stayed in many places, but this was the best and nicest service i ever had! We stayed in the one of the triple Blanc rooms. The three boys at the reception were amazing! I cannot say how incredible they were. We had our food in our room every time, they tried their best to accommodate every request that we had and they were always smiling. The food was delicious absolutely delicious and The massages were also good and the girls very nice.

They can add some more choices of food for kids in the menu. The pillows on the terrace needs replacing. They are bit torn and worn out.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean, staff were good and can speak English so we didn't had trouble. Location was spot on: walking distance to the shops and market.

Be careful if you have a car, entering the medina is very very complicated and the parking lot is a nightmare. It’s not the hotel’s fault but to be considered before booking.

The riad has a great location, very close to medina but still in a calm and quiet little street, the rooms are cute and spaciois, exactly like on the pictures. The best part was the staff, so very nice and helpful and happy to answer all our questions about the city etc. Ask them about good restaurant tips, we did and was so good. We havent had chance to try the hamam but we for sure will try it the next time.

Wonderful Riad, staff was very friendly, they offered us complimentary coffee and tea. We loved the room, and it was a very economic reasonably priced place to stay. We will definitely return on our next stay.
