Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaNothing in general, just there can be a board on adjoining street to show direction to the riad, as gps can be tricky at time
It was a perfect stay with courteous staff, hospitality, great room, and decor. And the breakfast was awesome. Thank you for hosting us. As Riad is very close to the spice market, it's great opportunity to shop and feel the essence of marrakech

United StatesNo complaints
Beautiful riad, an oasis of tranquility in the medina. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Our flight arrived late and Yusef stayed up (almost 2am) to meet us at the nearby plaza and guide us to the riad. (The entrance is a little tricky to find, so we definitely needed his help.) Then he brought out tea and cookies to welcome us. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. My son declared his bed the most comfortable he'd ever slept in. There was daily tidying up. Lovely traditional breakfast. Abdel and his staff provided exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend.

United KingdomNot a major issue for us but the hotel is not accessible by vehicles as it is inside the old town market area. You have to walk about 150 meters with your bags to get to the hotel from the streets.
It is a great location if you want to explore the main attractions of Marrakesh by foot. We were surprised by how quiet and tranquil it felt inside considering the location. The staff are very attentive and friendly and always made you feel welcome. We used the hotel to book all our excursions in the end as it was very easy and straightforward (not necessarily cheap).

United KingdomNothing. Loved it all.
We have to say, the Riad and its staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and their warmth and kindness was a lesson to us all in hospitality. After 5 days we felt part of the family. The location is an eye opener...an oasis in the midst of the spice market chaos. But this felt part of the experience. Our children were at first slightly nervous of the sights, smells and noise...but after a day or two they were practically locals leading the way to the Riad door behind which was a beautifully calm, quiet place to cool down and relax. Our room/suite (family) was a haven on the top floor with birdsong waking us for breakfast. Breakfast itself was a treat each morning serving local pastries, fruit and juice along with the much needed coffee to ready us for the day ahead. The two evening meals were also a home cooked superb addition( along with a bottle of wine(a rare find)) to our stay. The excursions in the Atlas Mountains and desert were expertly planned and promises were met. I for one cannot wait to return.

LithuaniaBeautiful and cozy atmosphere in the riad. Good location. Helpful team. Best reviews for Abdel. Transfer from the airport can be ordered. Delicious breakfast. It is possible to print out the plane tickets. If you have a late flight, you can store things in the riad.

United Arab EmiratesOnly I have few tips to first time users and travellers for reaching this place. The streets are very small, so don't take so big luggage's, trolleys etc with you. Also there is no elevator so you need to lift your luggage though the staffs will be of some help to you in carrying the luggage's to 1st floor and 2nd floor. With or without luggage, The best way to reach the place will be get a taxi to Tinsmiths Square, from there its just 100 meters and easy to find Riad Bayti other than that whatever way you try to reach this place, its going to be hard to locate this place. Even If I search, I couldn't able to find something to say about the things I didn't like over here. They do have Tortoise (but my children's had fun with them, so I cannot quote that :-)
One of the best RIAD experience we got over here. Staffs almost all are excellent, always looking to help us. Room was neat and clean. My Daughter liked the bunk bed so much. Kind of peaceful ambience they built over there was appreciable. Very close to the Spice market and Bahia palace, even Jma El Effna square is 10 mins walk away.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to help. The riad is quiet despite its central location. It’s decadent and beautiful whilst still being comfortable, with a glorious rooftop.

The Riad itself. A tranquil haven away from the bustle of Marrakech. The staff. Helpful, friendly, polite, attentive. The food. We ate here a couple of times at the end of a long day's sightseeing. The food was great and the ambience lovely. Nice breakfast. Location. Close to the Saadian Tombs, Bahia and Badi Palaces. A 10 min walk to Jamaa El Fnaa. Good restaurants nearby on Tinsmiths Square. Nice roof terrace (comfy seats, mix of sun and shade, good planting).

United StatesAbdel and his entire staff were just wonderful! They always had a smiling face and attended to all our needs. Food was great, along with the location, with many food / shopping options in close walking distance. The main square was a 15 min walk. The Riad had a wonderful, old, historic feel - a unique / authentic experience of Morocco!

CanadaThe only thing is that they do not have a spa in the riad as advertised. They booked us at a place that is 10 minutes walk away (which was no problem,).
We stayed 1 night here and I wish we would have been able to stay longer. It is very well located. The room was big and also the bathroom. It's the only place where we stayed in Morocco where we didn't wet the whole bathroom after taking a shower. The breakfast is good. The night receptionist was super nice.
